I have beaten angina, prostate pain, insect infections, got infected teeth roots out etc.
I used to go to the NHS as a teenager yet kept getting side effects from drugs so started reading books on natural health and changing things.
Unfortunately for me what started as a safety net to help the poorer sections of society has morphed into big brother health indoctrination with its begging bowl held out to the tax payer while paying for ever more expensive drugs and technology which never produces the results it claims or a host of diseases would already have been cured. Yet people never question this, it has become the holy cow of politics.

When I look at a possible front bench of David Lammy, Lady Nugee Thornbury, Diane Abbott and Angela Raynor led by the insipid Sir Kneel Alot I do actually have quite a good idea.
I go along with RR, the Tories need a decade out of office to sort themselves out, voting Labour would be suicidal, so really the only credible chance of sorting the mess out is Reform UK. Unless there is a change of circumstances I will plan to vote for Richard Tice.
However, if the Tories ditch Ricky and get Lord Frost as leader (can they?) then the Tories might yet stay in the race, who knows.
Rod Stewart was a successful crooner 50 years ago, but he should stick to his model railway layout, his political opinions are of no interest to me, anymore than the views of George Formby or Harry Lauder might be.

Exactly, if people think the NHS is under performing now, they aint seen nothing.
If Starmer/Labour get in to power we're well and truly fucked, we are still paying the price for Blair's reform of the NHS when he was in power, this is why the NHS is in the mess it is in today, what do you think Starmer will do with the NHS?
He hasn't got one policy on reforming the NHS, just ask him LOL.

If Labour get voted into office the NHS will change from improving the NHS to how institutional racism is stopping the NHS getting better . How black people are being treated worse than white people and how the NHS reflects the views of white privilege. Labour is the party of identity politics

Labour under Blairs slogan of 24 hours to save the NHS got them into power for 13 years, and the NHS did not get better or more efficient, nor is it now because it cannot handle the huge demand on it And the Tories have made it even worse. They are more interested in privatising it than preserving it. Sheer Nonsense if everyone who has told that lie had to pay a £1 over the years there would be enough money to pay a Nurses salary for a year or more

More and more taxpayers money is going into every year the NHS wages bill is £56 Billion a year, the population is increasing all the time, people are living longer the demand on it is growing all the time, money will not solve that it just papers over the cracks for a little while nothing more than that, it needs a total overhaul and has to be more efficiently run

Yes again but i doubt it will get through your head, you are one of the high priests of the death cult, not much hope for you. Here, have my standard cut & paste reply:
Since the formation of the NHS two-thirds of our governments have been Tory and the NHS is still with us. Yet every week someone, somewhere foretells the imminent doom of the NHS at the hands of the Tories. Well sorry guys, but it's been 74 years and they haven't privatised it yet. They have been doing it by stealth, according to some who work in the NHS its just about already collapsed now Sajid Javid said it would be a good idea to make people pay to see their GP,many can't even get to see one already, just another example of the destruction of the NHS.

Fairsociety ... "If Starmer/Labour get in to power we're well and truly fucked, we are still paying the price for Blair's reform of the NHS when he was in power, this is why the NHS is in the mess it is in today, what do you think Starmer will do with the NHS?" ------------------------------------
When Labour left office in 2010, there was nothing wrong with the NHS, and public satisfaction with the NHS was at an all time high.
The Blair government rescued the NHS, turned around the waiting lists, turned around waiting times, and both fell dramatically.
The disgusting and appaling mess our NHS is now in has nothing to do with any government of 13 years ago, this as all happened since the Tories came to power.
Good try at deflection, but it wont wash, wont work, and its looking highly unlikely that the ones who have trashed the NHS will be in power in less than two years. ( hopefully before )

You can bet your bottom dollar if anything is going free stammer and his slapper will be first in line......The NHS is failing not through lack of finances but due to lack of financial discipline and lack of direction. It shouldn't be used for political point scoring either. Both parties need to work together on a complete overhaul to make it fit for purpose in today's world......Nothing like a bit of hypocrisy..... 'We're going for a singalong at his house later': Stammer's joy at lifelong Tory Rod Stewart blasting ministers over the state of the NHS - but rock legend's dramatic phone-in intervention on the healthcare backlog sparks hypocrisy row Sir Rod Stewart made a surprise call to a Sky News phone-in show on NHS crisis The 78 year-old even offered to pay for 10 or 20 hospital scans for NHS patients The pop icon has been criticised moving away from the UK to avoid paying tax

The NHS has everything to do with the government of 13 years ago. Thanks Blair...
"Family doctors negotiating last year's pay contract were stunned to be offered such a lucrative deal, it has been revealed"
GP leaders could not believe their luck when ministers told them they would be able to opt out of working evenings and weekends.
Labour MPs challenges Blair on GPs' contracts.
Overall the contract, which started in 2004, has seen pay increase by 60 per cent in three years to more than £100,000.
Health experts said the comments showed that doctors were being paid too much for too little work, while opposition parties lambasted government "incompetence".
GPs' negotiator Dr Simon Fradd's admission comes in the week that the government said it wanted to rewrite the GP contract to offer doctors more money to start working again in the evenings and at weekends.
. The new GP contract, which began in 2004, allowed GPs to scrap their responsibility for out-of-hours cover, in return for a pay cut of £6,000 a year.
***Cheers Tony you've fucked up every GP surgery in the land.
