Private healthcare, the Australian health system seems to be attracting quite a few, medical research, even working for the DWP as a disability claims assessor. Most western health care systems pay a lot more than ours with better terms and conditions. They could get a job in pharmacy or in the pharmaceutical industry, they could become an agency nurse. There are enough alternatives that nurses are leaving faster than they can be recruited. |
