So fuck all to do with a pandemic then?
So fuck all to do with the frogs sending us their dross?
So fuck all to do with the eu trying to punish us as we had the balls to leave their little club?
The Tories are having to pick up the pieces from Labours utter incompetence.
Blair giving contracts to GPs that more or less lets them pick and choose if they want to work or not, with a guaranteed £85,000 a year even if they never lift a stethoscope.
Is it any wonder the NHS is stretched to capacity, people who can't get to see these useless lazy arse GPs are having to go to hospitals A&E, or out of hours walk ins, it's the GPs causing the strain on the NHS, thanks to dickhead Blair/Labour.
All this faux concern by the lefties mate over those waiting on the waiting list is no more than a joke. They support the lazy arseholes who think the world and their dog owe them a living, but steer well clear of the FACT that 500 extra peeps are dying a week because they cannot see a lazy arsed GP or attend a clinic because the usual lefty arseholes are on strike.

Exactly the hypocritical double standard lefties.
They create the problems then blame the government, people dying will have nothing to do with the striking NHS staff and the leftie unions causing them, it's the governments fault because they wont give them a 26% pay rise.
People fell for this years ago, but most are wise to it now, the Unions getting in Labour in to power by the backdooor, because they have a hapless Labour leader.

I'm sorry, do you think that the state of the NHS now is the same as it was under Labour? 🤔 Actually since "Stay home, protect the NHS, Save lives" and 144,300,000 jabs it all seems to have had the opposite effect. The NHS has all but collapsed and GPs all went into hiding in 2020 and are still AWOL. One thing is certain, it's not the money, it's the organisation and structure, or perhaps the lack of it. It's a huge organisation which needs splitting up to fix bit by bit.

You surely cannot be blaming Labour for the state of the NHS today? Because that would be laughable. The Tories have been in power for 13 years now, plenty enough time to address any inherited problems. If its all going tits up now it is the fault of those in power these last 13 years I also note the Orwellian doublespeak involved in you calling yourself Fairsociety when you actually believe in anything but.

Perhaps one answer would be to make some hospitals autonomous. They could cooperate on essentials like purchases and staff wages and some services. That way, the best would survive and the less able could change the management if they were inefficient.

I can directly blame to this very day why the GP service is not fit-for-purpose, yet it is down to Blair/Labour.
They gave GP's lucrative contracts with no get-out-clause, hence GP's self regulate their hours.
GPs are putting the NHS under intolerable strain because they simply refuse to see patients face-to-face, purely because they can.
GP patients are clogging up A&E departments, walk in center's and the ambulance service, they can't get to see a GP they resort to one or the other.
The answer to your question is a categorical YES
Labour is to blame for the state of the NHS TODAY.

Rubbish. The Tories have had 13 years to fix it. Why havent they? Instead the whole thing has got shockingly a lot worse during their time in power. Its a bit daft blaming anyone but them for the disaster it is today. It's not as if Labour were last in power a week ago. They have been out of power for 13 pigging years. At what point do you stop blaming previous governments and hold the current lot accountable?

The Tories CAN NOT change or alter legally binding contracts with GPs.
They are steadfast.
If the Tories wanted to change Blair/Labour GP contracts they would have to go through the legal procedures of doing so.
The Unions would have a field day.
Don't you understand, even if the Tories were in power for 113 years they can not 'fix' GP contracts they are almost set in stone.
While GPs have this power at their disposal the NHS will continue to FAIL, even if it would run under a Labour government, GPs are a law unto themselves, thanks to Dickhead Blair/Labour.

Firstly, any government can legislate to change anything. And secondly, you cannot blame Labour for the fact that it has gotten so much worse under the Tories

It has gotten much worse, because this government can not undo what Blair/Labour have done.
If the Tories want to legislate to change GP contracts they have to go through a LONG drawn out legal process, the GPs and Unions will be kicking and screaming all the way.
GPs are destroying the NHS, most GPs will not use the NHS service they will be private, which is typical double standard hypocrisy, as usual.
You can't get a face-to-face appointment with your GP because they are too busy raking it in with their private practice, or there is a good Netflix documentary like Wednesday that is on tv, then you wont get to see your GP ......... you can thank Blair/Labour for giving GPs the FREEDOM of choice without consequence.
Of course ALL the Blair family will have private medical insurance .......... LOL the good old DOUBLE STANDARD LABOUR GOVERNMENT ..

None of which explains why it has gotten so much worse under a Tory government than it was under Labour. You cannot absolve the government from blame when they are the ones who have been in charge these past 13 years. If something was wrong it was up to them to fix it, not demonstrably make it worse.

I really don't know how simpler I can make it for you to understand.
Why Labour under Blair have put the NHS on a collision course for disaster.
Was it intentional? .... who knows.
Blair is a multimillionaire, so he doesn't give a fuck about those who use the NHS, albeit he probably knew that when he tied the hands of successive governments, knowing he'd be 'Alright Jack'.

And you seem incapable of acknowledging that it has gotten a lot worse under the current administration and that after 13 years in power they cannot be absolved of all blame and responsibility, nor that 13 years is plenty of time to make reforms that can improve things. Any actions they have taken appear to have made things worse.

I have more than explained why the Tories have their hands tied, and why they can't progress, if you want to fuzz it up, that's up to you.
As I said 13 years of Tories or a 113 years of Tories you can not undo legally binding contracts, that Blair/Labour set in stone.
It's like buying a house or a lease property that lease is legally binding until the end of term.
Blair/Labour gave GPs a Golden Ticket Contract, one that these immoral set of human being have used and abused ........... SHAME ON THEM.
