I would have thought that keeping the gene pool to a degree mixed and infused by rarer genetic pools from outside the common stock was generally viewed as a good thing and I have no doubt that is the case. The problem is not so much what is a good thing for us but what is imposed upon us as a good thing for us. It is demanded of us that we accept mass immigration as a benefit to us all round as an enriching thing both in terms of genes and in terms of culture. These demands are manifestly obvious in the 'diversity is good' type  slogans that abound and are redolent of many slogans used by the Nazis or the Soviets during their tenures. Not so much to 'win over' the population but to place those who disagreed as against the good of the populace and therefore not worthy. The negative and debilitating effects of such diversity are brushed over as of no consequence
The main problem is that as Alibhai-Brown has said all too often the UK is a long term mongrel race which I am sure was only slightly intended as an insult but also to highlight that we have indeed already got, well before the current mass immigration, a very mixed and rich gene and cultural heritage that stretched back many centuries. The current diversity was not needed as it was already there and of its own volition had created something of a mix of many but existing in its own right as identifiable and homogenous.
The very big question is was there a long term plan to destroy that. With what is happening and how the evidence is that it can only be a plan of some sort that may have shifted and moved in its purposes and its adherents as well as its operators.
Many may call it paranoia but we watch as our government is unable or unwilling to stop the possible arrival, illegally, of close on 100,000 young men of foreign extraction in this coming year to whom we have to extend our help, at significant cost to ourselves, against the specific wishes of a significant number of the population no matter how you measure it. Paranoia depends on unfounded fears. I think those fears are very far from unfounded.
