That's malicious libel, how unsurprising you posted it And just to really piss in your whisky and ginger, RNLI donations went up after you and your chums got all angry about them rescuing migrants Whisky and ginger! How very dare you. I'm currently sipping a delicious 12 year old Macallan, a gift, and although it's not a Glenmorangie it is a speyside so equally delicious and should never be mixed with anything, other than an ice cube or two. As for the RNLI, or ITS (immigrant taxi service) as it's known these days, I was reading a link earlier that said between 2019 and 2021 donations fell sharply due to the RNLI bringing immigrants to this country. I will endeavour to find it if you insist, but tbh I'm sure you could find the same or similar, we do after all use the same internet. Don't worry about the clown mate he don't live in the real world. The truth is RNLI donations are down big time and many lifeboat houses have had to rely on bloody tombolas and coffe mornings to now implement their income. The locals here would piss in the collection tins if they were waved in their face whilst shopping etc.

Even so, it should take no more than a few minutes for anyone who has access to the internet to find the relevant info. I want to believe that Steve has unsupervised access to the internet. Alas, I'm not hopeful.

Well your imagined link has misinformed you then read and weep RNLI had a record year of donations after attacks from Farage

Now who does that make 'the clown'

Btw, I take no pleasure from withdrawing support for the RNLI. But I do blame the RNLI.
RNLI history is strewn with stories of bravery and sacrifice that would frighten me to death, and I've been frightened, it's a feeling you don't forget. I'm reminded of the Penlee lifeboat crew who paid the ultimate price in their attempt to save lives at sea. And that is what the RNLI is about, ever since the days of Grace Darling the RNLI have held a special place in the hearts and minds of people in this country. Until now.
Sooner or later someone will wake up and realise that the utopia of multiculturalism, diversity, mass immigration and open borders is a dream that will never be realised. Yet on a daily basis the modern RNLI continue motor out into calm waters to ferry illegals back to England. Compare them to Grace Darling and the Penlee lifeboat crew.

But as demonstrated above, RNLI donations went up after your Farage complained about them rescuing migrants. Because most Brits don't share your views.

I'd like to see your evidence that 'most Brits dont share my views'. You have obviously been searching for info, did you notice anything about the RNLI changing the way they advertised due to criticism about falling donations and the 'charity's' CEO being paid £160,000 a year.

Just because a few lefty wokes jumped on the bandwagon and gave a few bob in SOME areas they try and makeout that donations are up. Whereas in the real wolrd nothing could be further from the truth.,

It's ridiculous to criticise charities for the amount that CEOs get etc. Charities are businesses too and if you want a man in charge of a multi million pound organisation you need to pay them salaries which are competitive with what they can get in private industry. The railways and NHS etc. don't fail because the management is paid too much. They fail because the management is paid too little and no one wants the job anyway. Put men like Branson or Dyson in charge, pay the rate for the job, sack them if they aren't successful and then we might start to get somewhere.

Sort of defeats the object of calling it a charity, unless of course the CEO is the biggest charity. Just a fact, I know that in one day 4 lifeboats churned their way through around 10k worth of fuel in the channel, how long can a charity keep that up. Whereas they are put in a catch 22 situation saving lives at sea because nobody has put a stop to it. Because basically they have no intention of doing so.

But you can't expect people who work for charities to be charities themselves. All other things being equal, would you work for the NSPCC for a lower living wage salary than you could get next door working for the RSPCA? I doubt if many people would.

No I expect it to do what it says on the tin, be a charity, not a tax free way of creating global corporations. Which produces fat cats on the back of those who volunteer for doing the real graft. As you asked.

Then you have to pay him the rate he could earn elsewhere or even more.
