Actually it's a known fact that that's just an opinion, your unevidenced opinion. Those that know anything about the NHS know in England it's actually run by NHS England appointed by a right wing government, the Department of Health (headed by same right wing Tory politicians) and delivered by private businesses (Hospital trusts and GP providers) So hardly 'the loony left' then The government put managers in charge who know how to fuck up anything decent. And haven’t got a bloody clue on how to run an organisation let alone manage it. I love the idea that anyone who manages by default cannot manage. This is so low grade its amusing, please keep the entertainment coming.

So in other words it doesn’t. Thanks for clearing that one up for us all. So back to the topic what do you think about the NHS running out of oxygen?

But if it looks like a duck, swims like a duck, and quacks like a duck, then it probably is a duck.
The NHS is run by the loony lefties, quack quack.

I would expect the NHS to have a more woke and inclusive bias tbh. When I worked in the hospital there was a few transgender women working there . One in particular was a huge young trans nurse complete with a woman’s hairstyle and thick make up. Strangely enough , to me, it didn’t look out of place. There is an atmosphere of acceptance there that I’ve not seen in any other workplace . Imo that is organic , I don’t think it’s the result of managers . I think it’s the result of an already diverse workplace .

At the end of the day when you are in hospital you generally don't give a fuck what the staff look like, what their sex life is like, if they are gay, transgender, lesbian, or have two heads.
People are there to be treated for a illness or accident, diversity and woke are of very little consequences to the suffering of patients.
The loony left are wasting millions upon millions of tax payers money by creating ludicrous diversity jobs with HUGE salaries, when we need more nurses and more important things 'like saving lives'.

Indeed. So it makes sense that diversity and being alert to aisle prejudice and discrimination should be prevalent there. Imo it starts to become toxic when the NHS panders to the ridiculous excesses of wokeism.

So according to you the government, its appointees, heads of private businesses and their management chain are all 'loony lefties' Do you not realise how improbable such as assertion is likely to be true?

Its more likely billions or probably trillions. I heard that 97% of the NHS budget is spent on dresses for men and managers to counsel them on how women behave.

One or two of the older staff members have voiced concerns about her using the female staff toilets, and I have heard some snarky comments from a couple of customers before. But most customers aren't bothered either. People who get upset about such things are either very sad people, or very lucky not to have anything more important to worry about

Tescos have diversity learning modules ( or whatever ) . There isn’t any overt gay or transgender workers in my shop but if there were I’m not sure how the Romanian shoppers would react tbh.
