Did you bother to do any working out at all before you wrote. As regards which parts of the NHS administration that is not absolutely necessary for it to function, how do you know what's necessary. You just picked something you don't like. I didn’t offer it as a complete solution . Just as you didn’t offer the plastic / metal paper clip comparison as a complete refutation( maybe you did). I picked something that I am confident would not result in the immediate collapse of the NHS if it were discontinued. The fact that you think it would answers a lot of questions . I offered the paperclips to demonstrate how tiny your contribution was. Anyway rather than just state 'waste' you chose the stereotypical "diversity manager" even though you have no idea how much that would save nor whether they do an essential job or not. |

I suppose. My wife left the NHS to work for my company ten years back, now she does as she likes. I employ 112 people so I guess I'm doing OK as well.  But that wasn't my point. You are rude crass and condescending, not the qualities we really want in a teacher. Not to mention your lack of knowledge. Am I supposed to be impressed? And as for my so called kack of knowledge unlike some I don't pin in on my chest as it some kind of medal of valour. No. just meeting brag with real. |

I assume that you will be donating your state pension to the local old peoples welfare charity 😉 Almost certainly I'm not retired yet. She regularly works a 12 hour day followed by a couple of 12 hour nights. How anyone is supposed to adjust their body clock to that and perform well I don't know. And 12 hour shifts are never less than 13 or 14 hours due to staff shortages. |
