I thought your wife was a nurse In the NHS? Im sure she appreciates your attuide towards her profession . didnt you say you was a Brickey who do you employ to do your work if not the lazy brit. She is and she has the same attitude as me. Sack the frigging lot of em if they go on strike. And let those who want to work work rather than sitting on their fat arses all day or posting thier hard done by stories on twotter.
Oh and BTW I am a bricky and it is very simple if you don't work you don't get paid. And I along with my bussiness partner employ 8 others.
So you will be quids in with all the new hospitals and new houses the wankers promised. Did you get on the corrupt VIP lane.

The nurses in our County Hospital are not striking - don't know why we are exempt.. Maybe because authoritarianism doesn't sit well with the British ?

So tell me, Jonksy...can anyone lay bricks, or does it require special training and skills? And is a many years time-served brickie better at bricklaying than a newly-qualified brickie?
I seem to remember from my time as an apprentice joiner, that like us the brickies had to do three years to qualify.
If you 'sack the frigging lot of 'em', with whom will you replace them? Or do you think anyone can deliver healthcare?

Or do you think anyone can deliver healthcare? Nope they can't lay bricks....Unlike some we cannot wing it. And as for the medical staff who want to strike they are a waste of space. Many nurses and other staff DO NOT want to strike and are pushed into it by those who do. So sack the lot of them and then take them back on zero hour contracts and no index linked pensions or perks. Those who do not agree to that will find they are out in the wilderness with no job prospects. They think they can just bugger off elswhere...Boy have I got news for them.

Unlike who? Are you suggesting that bricklaying is more difficult than nursing or medicine? I don't know of any clinician in healthcare who can afford to 'wing it'.
Boy, have I got news for you. Doctors, nurses and AHPs all have readily transferrable skills and would have no trouble finding alternative employment if suddenly there was a brickie in charge of healthcare who sacked them all. Now why don't you go back to building stuff and leave healthcare to the professionals?

Now why don't you go back to building stuff and leave healthcare to the professionals? Nobody wants them. They are not welcome in the US and Canada the private health units in the UK are awash with medical staff. Even if some countries did accept them they would have to work for a living rather than dodging work. What a culture shock for them that would be along with no index linked pensions and demigod status.

So it wasn't due to the strike and all to do with your Tory chums mismanagement then All down to your beloved lefty trouble making unions. Even your cap't hindsight states that NHS staff demands are unaffordable. This is fuck all to do with the government and all down to the usual crap that make up the unions cheifs.
Starmer says 19% pay rise for nurses is 'unaffordable' as he pleas for last-ditch talks to stop strikes

Ah classic Jonksy bullshit ^. I have no beloved trade unions, you however have spent years praising and defending your Tory chums that have brought this crisis so don't pretend now you're not part of it.
As for the dispute, it takes two to have a dispute and on one side we have your idiot Tory chums who thought they could erode real terms NHS salaries year after year after year and ignore the increasing staffing crises and then give us Brexit to cut off the supply of EU health workers that were papering over the cracks.

Usual madcap lefty supporting twaddle we have heard a million times before. The NHS was awash with fucking staff during covid. They were inundated with retired NHS staff offering their services for FREE.
