Indeed they have and it’s much fun watching Starmer & co squirming and we have to respect the choice the voters there made but that doesn’t stop observations of some of the consequences, and as far as abortion they may make their own rules but if that results in women being forced to take to term life that is not viable,or rape victims too though obviously I don’t know the ins and outs of state laws and am speculating but if some of those I speculated on will apply it’s the same sort of road the taliban would take and what we would condemn. I always distrust any religion having influence over laws and the US Bible Belt is no exception. Anyway here’s an interesting piece from the NY Times Point1 for me is spot on they have to face the reality they lost and it was fair and square.
Points 5 & 6 could easily apply to this country and the ranters and ravers who imagine anyone not agreeing with them is far right, there is no viable far right here but keep pushing the way you do and your wish may just be fulfilled. They have conceded defeat, and done so peacefully and with dignity. Harris made a concession speech today and the Democrats did not mount an attack on the Capitol or any such protest. Its too early to call and I suspect that the NY times journo has a good handle on possible reactions.

So far there has been no buzz suggesting that the Democrats are anything but resigned to Trump's re-election. Harris conceded today and as VP, she is the person who, on January 6th 2025, will certify the election.

Ripley - the election is over, you don't have to continue campaigning.
The people have spoken - they didn't like the type of county that the Democrats were leading them towards. Abortion is (rightly) a State issue and, as we saw today, the States are setting their own rules. On the nail … The people having a meltdown right now, spent 4 years broadcasting scare stories about what Trump will do … and what he did before he got elected … and did 4 years in Office … with no serious glitches. His record of achievement, compared to Harris/Biden stuck hosting a 2 wars presidency … was more than Americans could stomach. The FLOOD of ILLEGALS through southern borders was another ‘dropped ball’ … unfit to govern … springs to mind …. The Tories made that mistake about Homeland security … and Starmer is following suit. His days are numbered … and I guess the ‘special relationship’ with America is already showing signs of strain
… as Trump once again acknowledges Nigel Farage at his celebration rally … whilst Whitehall has APOPLEXY! There is and never has been a special relationship,we are regarded as nothing more than a poodle that sometimes has its uses.

I'd be astonished if there were any sort of organised reaction before January 6th. Mind you, I'm already astonished that the majority voted in a convicted felon, so it's entirely possible I'm reading it all wrong.

Points 5 & 6 could easily apply to this country and the ranters and ravers who imagine anyone not agreeing with them is far right, there is no viable far right here but keep pushing the way you do and your wish may just be fulfilled. This is interesting from a psychiatric POV … Can you imagine a Republican writing a “manifesto” why they lost … and what worthy obsessions they will pursue over the next 4 years whilst they fret about a ‘fascist’ and ‘felon’ running their Country as effectively as Trump ran it from 2016-2020. It says a lot about 4 years of Democrat failure to Govern … that a larger majority of Americans … Gays, Latinos, Asians, Afro-Carribbeans and even Jews think DT is a safer bet for their welfare over the next term. Dems and their MSM wasted so much time and money on character assassination, rioting and fighting … attacking Trump instead of doing good works for Americans … uniting communities, preventing wars, healing the economy, protecting jobs … rather than protesting about abortion, immigrant welfare, gender issues - dividing campuses … attacking students who don’t comply … like black shirted thugs. … and oddly most are women stirring up trouble. Americans just got sick of Democrats ‘intensity’ and ‘worthiness’ … ability to be brainwashed by anyone with an ‘ology who got on tv and told them to go die for some cause or other … rather than protecting Family and Friends … nurturing a Community and it’s economy … not bullying and censoring those blue collar workers actually doing REAL JOBS, sweaty jobs, for low pay … whilst the college-educated Intelligencia swan around like they are some sort of ‘elite’ with degrees … and by divine right are therefore qualified to bully the rest of us. [/quote] My guess is Democrats are going to be in strait-jackets of their own making, and mentally ill, fighting everyone … for many years to come … losing swing States … not winning new converts … because their brand of madness and delusion they can govern and run things - mad cow disease … might be catching. Carry on, Donald … ignore the pseudo-intellectual anarchists who dominate the MSM and write for the New York Times … just do what you did last time in Office … and I guess the Dems will do what they did last time … screamed and moaned … had tantrums like spoilt underage children… then rioted and burnt black ghettos in the 6 month run up to the next VOTE. …. So tediously PREDICTABLE. MAGA? … Dems and the Zionists that fund and control them … will never achieve MAGA. - too busy looking after their own selfish interests … than building a unified Country.

Abortion is (rightly) a State issue and, as we saw today, the States are setting their own rules. I'm hardly campaigning! I'm predicting what Trump himself has said he will do and what he has, in fact, already done. Trump won for the simple fact that on the age old question 'are you better off now than you were 4 years ago?' for a majority of the country the answer was no. People tired of the stagnating economy, the collapse in border controls and the focus on culture wars. Harris said straight out when asked what she would have done different from Biden said 'NOTHING' - so to get change the people had to vote for someone else.

George Clooney is criticised for demanding Joe Biden quit ahead of Donald Trump's election victory.... Devastated Democrats have rounded on George Clooney after the actor demanded that Joe Biden quit in the lead-up to Donald Trump's election victory. The Ocean's Eleven actor, 63, notably penned an op-ed for the New York Times in July where he called on Biden, 81, to abandon his presidential campaign, writing: "We are not going to win in November with this president." Clooney later praised Biden for being 'selfless' when he announced he would be stepping aside on July 21, leaving Kamala Harris to embark on a 107-day campaign to try and overcome Trump. That campaign came to a bitter end on Wednesday as Trump secured a stunning comeback to the White House - currently holding 295 electoral votes and also winning the popular vote. Democrats have since sought to blame Clooney for calling on Biden to step down from the presidential race months earlier. ... www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/article-14050809/George-Clooney-joe-biden-quit-donald-trump-election-president.html

To anyone not suffering from anti-trump bias, the cases looked a lot like official harassment. To give an obvious example, he was 'found' to have raped someone on some day that could only be narrowed down to being within several years . This means he has no defence. It's, logically speaking, crap.

His career advisor needs shooting, duh! The Dems love a scapegoat … someone they can pin their incompetence on … whilst they go missing … like Kamala did … after her disastrous performance … 2020 onwards. ++++++++++ FOOTNOTE: … some FREE advice to Democrats … When did professionally waving a banner and screaming … build an Empire? … When did bombing, starving and geo-weathering foreign countries ever create stable economies at home? … after the fallout of refugees arrived? China, India, Russia, the Far East and intelligent Europeans who don’t subscribe to the MSM are laughing at Democrats. … and getting rich from the lack of business competition coming from America … sanctions and import taxes don’t create climates for trade and wealth building. Trump will shoot America in the head following that route. The Asian/European continents … even Africa sees America as a sick toxic Country … laughably STUPID …because they 24/7 vilify the one ‘villain’ that knew the key to running the Country more efficiently. … Nobody enjoyed any prosperity and joy during the last 4 years … only the Ruling Elite …shovelling up money, coke up their noses… and abusing kids and vulnerable women P.Diddy/Epstein-style Yes, Trump once partied Democrat-style … maybe he still does? … but he can fix America’s problems … given the chance. America has seen too many ‘FAKE NEWS Political Knights in Shining Armour’ - too many ‘actors’ … they know TRUMP is the REAL DEAL … tried and tested. … yet heavily tarnished, vulgar and grubby. People don’t care about that … he DELIVERS for ordinary folks. The trouble is … Democrats are too stupid and fixated on hatred for Trump and Republicans … who repeatedly pushed this ‘agent provocateur’ in their faces. IT’s GUARANTEED … they will spend another 4 years knee-jerking like nutjobs … making Americans lives a misery … kicking up anarchy … and once again demonstrating how unfit they are to run America. … a re-run of 2016-2020 … and the George Floyd riots … remember?Dems are mostly college graduates - intellectual, ELITIST… with degrees in mostly useless subjects that give them zero skills coping in the REAL WORLD … Pseudo-professors who never grew up, never do REAL tough jobs , always took the easy way out … freeloaders … who CONTINUALLY failed to learn from their mistakes. … the Democrat of Today. … pretty much in a nutshell. (There are a few exceptions to this observation … it’s just a very basic anthropological analysis from a nobody from across The Pond - so don’t take it too seriously. I don’t want you nutjob snowflakes outside my house with banners expressing your WOKE ‘hurt’! … chill out and pop another tranquilliser - I can imagine you’ve got quite a stash of them … in every nook and cranny of your houses, cars and holiday hideaways.😄🤪 )
