I still fail to see why he would take a dim view of her morality, nevermind allow that to prejudice his decisions, just because of his ethnicity. The Judge has asked for a full background report on her, if she has come to notice of Social Services at some point in her life, martial status, what previous occupations she may have had how does she support herself , any children, any learning difficulties, mental or physical issues, etc.
Then he will decide what punishment he will hand out, if custodial or not , if a suspended sentence is more appropriate, plus of course how her victim Farage felt after the assault is all taken into account before sentencing
