Indeed, and I think some people are confusing what she actually did do, with what they say she might have done. It's ridiculous. LOL! Other opinions are available. Personally, I'd like to see her sent down. Me too. Maybe just 3 months would do and let her out after 5 weeks. You know - a short sharp shock like the Tories brought in years ago.

We can't have people making their career by interfering with our system of government.
Exactly. A non-custodial will permit her to carry on working and potentially profit from her crime (which, I understand, was part of her reason for committing the offence).

If she had thrown it over David Lammy she would have got five years, as it was only Nigel Farage nothing will happen.

It doesn't matter how you word it or attempt to make it sound worse than it actually is, the bottom line is, she threw a milkshake.

But this isn't about what this woman 'might' have done - it's about what she actually did do. Indeed, and I think some people are confusing what she actually did do, with what they say she might have done. It's ridiculous. It's akin to saying I shot a politician with a spud gun, and others arguing it could have been a Magnum 45 handgun though! It isn't about 'what ifs' it is about 'what is'.

If she had thrown it over David Lammy she would have got five years, as it was only Nigel Farage nothing will happen. Are you under the misapprehension that the government sentences convicted criminals? Why would a judge determine the harshness of the sentence based on the politics of the victim?

I can't be bothered to explain. If you don't know then chances are you choose not to know. In other words, you can't explain how the judges ethnicity is relevant. You just mentioned it because you don't like them foreign-looking types. That's the actual reason, isn't it.

Have you been living under a rock for the last few months? 🤣
