I think you will find it does. Even if it is not using case law derrived directly by the ECHR, they might quote rulings where they were inturn. I've had a bit of expereince with ECHR rights myself. Human rights is about the most complex part of law. It rules everything else.
There was a particular ridiculous right given to trannies a while back. People blamed the ECHR for it, telling the UK what to do. You'll never guess though that the right itself came from a UK individual who appealed to the ECHR to create the case law in the first place. Thank god for Wikipedia or i might start believing the Daily Mail. There is often more to the story than papers are prepaired to let on. So it works like this: your rabid lefties do it through their human rights lawyers. If you want to join more dots, note both Starmer and Balir's wife were human rights lawyers.
Anyhow Jenrick is on the right track and moderate enough to get elected. Another warning about Badenough is she was caught praising BLM and thier tactics.
Strange last year at the Tory conference, Badenough said she was fed up of Black people blaming everything on why they don't make it, as she pointed out she is Black and never used the 'I'm black' card.Unlike abacus who wears her colour like a badge...

I’m not sure that that’s true. She certainly slammed critical race theory and the people who peddle it so it doesn’t seem right . I don't have a reference to it, but someone mentioned it in some comments. Google hardly has a complete index to everything she has said, so I would imagine it was in part of some long interview, and I have not got the time to listen to everything! I don't want to listen to any of it.

Ill file it as fake news, you can believe it if you want to.

Ill file it as fake news, you can believe it if you want to. Yes well that was pretty much what was happening. It was on a political channel where I'm a regular contributer so I have some trust in the information that people put on it. It's more on the learned side of political debate as it were. The commentors are often from the university crowd. In particular it was saying she was praising their methods.
I keep on thinking back you know to this evening I spent with an elite Nigerian. She came across as like laughing at the stupidity of the various government departments that her firm was tending for contracts. She said the governemt people were stupid and could easily be bullshitted. This was over an 8 figure sum on a piece of work. What I detest is this cultral thing where if someone is stupid then it is fair game to rip them off. It does not accord with tradional British valiues derrived from the church. So I feel about that a bit like Vinny would feel about doing business with Russians. You can do business with Russians and they can be totlaly honest and decent, but everty Russian knows, one must not take chances.
Oh yes, and then there was the time the Maltese governemnt did an oil deal with the Libyans. They accepted the investment OK, but when it came to delivering the oil...

It seems your UN played it's part once again Baron
Controversial oil-deal tanker stopped outside Maltese waters: report.....
He also questioned whether the money paid for the oil would go to the Thinni government, as reports suggest. The UN, he stressed, had made it clear that revenue from oil sales had to be paid to the Central Bank of Libya. “This is not another Morning Glory case,” he said, referring the failed attempt by Ibrahim Jardhran in March 2014 to sell oil. “The money is not going to fall into the wrong hands. It will have to be paid into the central bank in Tripoli.”

So even though there’s no evidence to support it , you still believe it because your mates said it ? There seems to be a pattern emerging here.

There is nothing wrong with immigrants as long as they are the right sort of immigrants. That's not the issue. It is the idea of a foregner in control of the UK. That's not allowed. We have a UN right to sovereignty. If someone born in this country is a foreigner how far back do you have to go before you can be considered British?. Will Badenochs kids be British, her grandkids?....

So even though there’s no evidence to support it , you still believe it because your mates said it ? There seems to be a pattern emerging here. The pattern is I'm being honest about the source. Some information is totally relaible, some is total lies, but between the two there exists a range of evedence with a certain probability of it being true. This is one of those cases. I'd estimate it is about 80% reliable. It's the stupid comments sections where you read a lot of wrong stuff, and it is why I stay away from them. This one is on a channel run by a university professor who comes from Oxford and it attracts a lot of Oxbridge types. This is why I say the information is more than likely to be true. Most of the time it is spot on. The reason I mention these things with uncertain verificastion is someone else might be able to confirm or deny it. I'm constantly checking the information I believe. This politics game is full of liars. Actually it is those channels related to Reform fans which have some of the stupidist people, and you keep on getting these references to the idea it is all the fault of the WEF. My source tends to be a bit left-leaning as well. The bias is on selecting the bad stuff on their opposite numbers, but this bunch do play fairly.

If someone born in this country is a foreigner how far back do you have to go before you can be considered British?. Will Badenochs kids be British, her grandkids?.... Far more than bloody weekend trip to the UK maternity hospital. You may play your well worn out interlectiual games on me and give it the stock syem argument on the matter, but the stock system will not be voting, rahter it will be the ones registered to vote. They don't have to give a reason or prove why they voted a certain way.
The way I see it is all the arguments on why Badenough is not going to screw us if she becomes PM are based on what she says. But we all knoow a porfessional politican can say what the the hell they like. Look at Starmer and the shit he promised. So the way I look at it is to totally ignore what she says and look for independent evendece, like evedence she and her crew have no control over. I must admit this is very thin on the ground. What she did as a minister counts for nothing either. As a minister it is often the case you carry out the prime minister's wishes. Sure you can suggest a scheme, but the prime minister has the veto. Again though we don't know if she is this type or not. There is a great deal of uncertainty, and what we do know points to the bad side.

It follows the same pattern as ‘ I know people who know better than’ argument that you use to tell us that China is full of happy workers and we are all wankers . My problem with it is that idiots might actually believe that she praised BLM methods and pass it on to other idiots .

I think your problem is you listen to a lot of people who regularly lie. It's odd how you trust her, but don't trust me for not trusting her. What is it about her that makes you think she is trustworthy?

You can’t even understand a point . You claim that I trust her when my point is that there is no evidence to support your claim ..so I don’t need to. Whereas you trust unconditionally your mates and make excuses ie ‘ my mates know better than everyone else ‘
