And whoes fault was it that it didn't work Baron? It wouldn't have been the swamp by any chance would it? Well to be honest I really do not know how it cost that much money for it. I suspect the bulk of the money has disappeared via corruption. Rwanda is like much of Africa. Corruption is a way of life. She is African so you can see what makes me suspiciaous that we have not been told the whole truth. Besides why take the gamble. It would be an uphill stuggle to convince the British that she is really one of them and have the same feelings regarding the loss of our country. Her parents scammed our country. My personal view is if she ever became PM she would just follow what the Americans told her to do, much like Johnson did and then when she left she would collect 7 figure payoffs disguised as after dinner speeches like johnson is currently doing, and how it was before him with Tony Blair. With all of that in mind, you can see Reform's job would be easy peasy. Well it seems Germany are taking full advantage of what the UK spent in Rwanda
German officials says Rwanda deportation plan using UK facilities considered
German officials have proposed sending asylum seekers to facilities in Rwanda funded by the UK.

Yes I was aware of that News. It still leaves us feeling rather stupid in that we really have no iea what is going on. Perhaps they are hiring what they defrauded out of us to the Germans to make even more money. The fact is we are £318 million down and have nothing to see for our money. That's Africa for you and you got to be bloody insane to make one your prime minister. I don't believe the Brits are quite that stupid.

You still have't answered the question of who is to blame for blocking the Rwanda bill in the UK Baron...Why try and pour the blame on the person/s who orchestrated it? In November 2023, the woke and lefty UK Supreme Court ruled the plan to be unlawful....The courts are part of the bloody swamp that needs draining...

Leave the ECHR first then we have a clear run, except for the matter of the 1951 UN charter agreement which we will have to modify as well. The ECHR is the main one though and it makes the case law the supreme court has to follow. The Brtiish trash our own ECHR rights. Just the other day I spotted an issue to do with criminal law where they have changed the system so it is incompatible to the fair trial article. ECHR rights are only of any use when they go agaisnt our interests. All this trans bollox comes fromt there as well.
By the way, I happen to know a Nigerian similar to Badenough. The one I know is another elite Nigerian who got special UK privalages becasuse her dad was the oil minister. She works for Rishi's wife's firm and I can assure you she scams the government with 8 figure amounts. I listened to an evening of anecdotes. To repeat them would be to make criminal accusations and well you know how that would pan out. The matter here is I simply don't trust her through multiple warning signs.
I know her type. Africa is run by elite like her and Africa is one of the corruptest places on earth. In fact it does not even matter if she is or isn't scamming us, it is the perception which is so strong. You can see it in her arrogant attitude. I went to an elite Nigerian wedding in central London at one of the most elite establishments, near Mayfair. I was a fly on the wall there. I observed all the Nigerian elite relatives. You relaise how you become elite in Africa? It's because you and your family are king of the scammers. With Badenough, its just all the things we are not told which is the concern. It's like we all know there are some streets it is wise to not walk down at night, even though there is no proof you will be mugged.

There is nothing wrong with immigrants as long as they are the right sort of immigrants. That's not the issue. It is the idea of a foregner in control of the UK. That's not allowed. We have a UN right to sovereignty.

It was the UK supreme court who ruled the plan to be unlawfull...It was nothing to do with the ECHR It is the way law works. International law has priority over domestic law. Each court can not challenge any rulling made in a higher court. The ECHR is the top of the legal heirachy. Only a higher court can overrule a lower court. Nothing can overrule the ECHR except the Brtiish people and to do that they must withdraw from it. All international law is volutary on the part of the state. So a state can not be bound by another state, so the withdraweal is a right.

Even if it is not using case law derrived directly by the ECHR, they might quote rulings where they were inturn. I've had a bit of expereince with ECHR rights myself. Human rights is about the most complex part of law. It rules everything else.
There was a particular ridiculous right given to trannies a while back. People blamed the ECHR for it, telling the UK what to do. You'll never guess though that the right itself came from a UK individual who appealed to the ECHR to create the case law in the first place. Thank god for Wikipedia or i might start believing the Daily Mail. There is often more to the story than papers are prepaired to let on. So it works like this: your rabid lefties do it through their human rights lawyers. If you want to join more dots, note both Starmer and Balir's wife were human rights lawyers.
Anyhow Jenrick is on the right track and moderate enough to get elected. Another warning about Badenough is she was caught praising BLM and thier tactics.

I’m not sure that that’s true. She certainly slammed critical race theory and the people who peddle it so it doesn’t seem right .

Strange last year at the Tory conference, Badenough said she was fed up of Black people blaming everything on why they don't make it, as she pointed out she is Black and never used the 'I'm black' card.
