The judge can only go by the sentencing guidelines that have been set out by the government of the day. However, as he did not plead guilty to the charge he is not automatically given a reduced sentence. Hopefully, it will be a long minimum term he has to serve when he is back in court.

Hopefully he will get a Life sentence Which will probably be about 7 years. Personally I'd like to see him deported back to Somalia as soon as he completes his prison time. |
