So she said "we need growth". Great - the most economically inept person ever understands that. Where she was completely wrong was in how she tried to achieve that, in fact she achieved the exact opposite. All The Best Well she achieved exactly zilch - she had no effect as she was in power for such a short amount of time. What she was proposing would have led to more growth but that is history. She DID have an effect. She tanked the economy. Her proposals would NOT have grown the economy at that point in the economic cycle, because they failed to address the underlying, systemic weakness of of our economy. All The Best

Eh?
Looks like 65% of Tory MP's didn't want her — so it's now down to the membership, who, if you remember, gave us Liz Truss...
over 65% of Tory MP's didn't want Brexit either - they are not exactly representative of any majority.. Polls show that only 55% now think It was wrong for the UK to leave the EU. So it appears that those Tory MP’s are likely to be more discerning than the gullible 2016 pro-Brexit electorate. Still doesn’t mean voters will forget No.10 rule-breaking under Johnson, Truss and the horrors of high inflation, when the Conservatives have to fight the next election… www.statista.com/statistics/987347/brexit-opinion-poll/

Brexit was like leaving an abusive spouse and living in a house owned by her friends and taking a job with her Dad as the boss. We took the UK out of thevEU but couldn’t take the EU out of the UK. Truss was one of the effects.

Considering that the latest poll puts the Tories only 1 point behind Labour I suggest that the electorate have already forgotten, or a least discarded, all the Tory sleaze. After all they have got rid of Tory sleaze only to inherit Labour sleaze..

Good news for the Conservative party, perhaps not so good news for Reform UK. I'll stick with Reform, for now. It will be interesting to see how Ms Badenoch performs. Good luck to her.

Yes, I agree, I wish her well but don't trust her any further than I trusted the others( Cameron, May, Johnson, Truss, Sunak), all deceitful and unreliable. She will rough up Starmer very nicely which will be good fun, but I can't see her winning the old red wall seats, whereas Nigel seems very popular there, so we'll see.

UK 20/180 (Jenrick) India 93/180 (Rishi)
Nigeria 145/180 (Badenough)
The UK is totally fucked now.

From Wiki.
She doesn't really come across as a Nigerian fraudster.
The biggest fraudsters were Romanian.
