Why should you accept it without demur? We never accepted many things from the German system back in teh 30s and 40s. The German courts define them as extreme, it is you and others that places that extreme as far right yet choose not to tell us why you do that. Looking at the AfD most of their policies are to the Left so they should by rights be far left. Why should I reject the German definition of one of their own political parties when there is no reasonable reason to do so? Its an "extreme political Party". Definition of extreme, 'as far as its possible to go from the center.' You have not indicated any reasonable reason you should accept other than the Germans say so. How can we explain to you what a reasonable position to reject it is when we do not know what your position is as regards what is right. I can point to many left policies of the AfD which would be a reasonable reason to reject the your right definition I can point to the left policies which puts them on the extreme left. Since we have no idea why you think right is right all I can do as a reasonable position is reject your assessment of far right for anything. |

And the same can be applied to many so-called "Far Right" organisations. For example, the BNP and the National Front of the 1970s and 80s had many policies that were more akin to those of the Labour Party at the time than anything Conservative. But yet again they were branded far right for no apparent reason other than "Because we say so". Well sorry, but objectively it takes more than being disowned by the mainstream left to make something far right. Like some actual right wing policies. "We don't like them so they're Far Right" isn't an argument that carries any weight. It's like trying to claim that your problem child isn't yours. It's nonsense.

Its all too soon. The Government advised that some hard decisions needed to be taken in their early days in government, such was the dire circumstances they inherited from the Tories. Those who only expect to see hard-left approaches by this Labour government were in for a shock, intelligent individuals look beyond the hard-left and the dopes who never see anything other than an opportunity to denigrate Labour. rubbish. Didnt you read the article? they clearly say labours doom and gloom since the election has hit business confidence . Not the behaviour of good governance . |
