We could save a fortune by not paying for foreign countries to meet bogus climate change targets. There, that's most of the "Black Hole" filled already. Absolutely, the biggest money guzzling tax con on the poor to-date, Trump was on to it from the get go.
When he first took office he sent a designated team to find out how the US £150 Billion a year climate change money was being used... and it went something like this..
Trump What are you findings?
Team We don't know?
Trump What do you mean you don't know?
Team It's impossible to follow any paper trail
Trump So we have no idea where all this money is going?
Team Well basically No.
Trump blew his top, a £150 Billion a year of US tax payers money and the paper trail runs cold, (cold being a pun), it's lining the pockets of individuals and investors, Climate has been around since the big bang, and it's going to be around until the next big bang, and no amount of money will stop Earths natural rotation that leads to climate change, unless they can find a way of stopping Earths rotation, and if they do we are dead anyway.

They could halve that alleged black hole by reversing the National Insurance cut introduced by Hunt.
You know, the very same NI cut they opposed while in opposition and claimed was unfunded, unaffordable and unsustainable.

Its only right we tax the Richest 1%
Them with the Broadist shoulders carry a bigger responsibility We do - they pay 30% of total Income Tax receipts. But own over 70% of the total wealth. So they are being under-taxed. All The Best

All The Best I would have thought they are being taxed equally, as they pay tax on all their income and VAT on all the things that everyone else pays VAT on. You are saying that having wealth should be taxed in addition to all the taxes that have been paid in the course of obtaining that wealth. If my colleague goes on holiday and I do not he will have nothing in the bank on his return and I will have several thousand pounds the interest from which I will pay tax on. Do you think I should pay a bit more on my wealth holdings?

Do you realise that the top 1% of the UK own over 70% of total UK wealth? In reality, the top 1% are being over-taxed if we are only looking at Income Tax (but only looking at Income-Tax would be spectacularly stupid). It is more important, IMO, to tax static-wealth though, precisely because it is static and does nothing for the overall economy. I'd like to see the Personal Allowance at £20,800 (that is NMW x 35 x 52). A single Flat Tax rate on all earned Income (not dividends etc) over that, so that we are all being taxed equally. Then look at taxing all the static wealth that does not contribute to the economy, especially including secondary and subsequent homes. We could be treating everyone equally on earned-income, and still increase overall tax revenues. All The Best

Of course it's all a massive con only believed by the gullible.

Putting my Labour hat on, I’d expect Labour to tax the richest 1% more, because while billionaires don’t need to worry about heating in winter from their yachts in the tropics, Granny Smith is freezing to death in her house.
I’d expect Tories to do differently, but right now we’ve a Labour government.

Have you any proof there already leaving in record numbers. Im all for tax increases It is all over the Media it happens on a run up to a UK GE if the rich think there is a possibility of Labour winning the money flows out of the UK at a fast rate of knots ,because they know if Labour win they will increase their Income Tax. Foreign Nationals Non Dom's move their money as well and may physically leave as well sell up, Labour still cannot get it into their heads that taxing people too much is the wrong thing to do, they move their money out of the UK to a Country that has lower tax rates there predicting 108thousand will leave this year a 8 thousand more than last year So not a big lose when we have about 20million +

Means test winter fuel allowance. Abolish IVF treatment on the NHS (current cost £5k per patient). Abolish tax funded gender reassignment surgery on the NHS (it was already £20k per surgery per patient ten years ago). Abolish VAT. Give pubs duty relief and make it cheaper to drink in a pub than it is to go to an off licence. Force Sky and BT Sport cap their subscription prices at £30 and give pubs the same deals.
Undo the work of leftie councils and allow unlimited licences for lap dancing venues and casinos.
Decriminalise possession of drugs for personal use, to cut police work and to focus on violent crime including knife crime.
Reintroduce stop and search.
Abolish devolution.
Cut the number of University places by half and offer more vocational courses as an alternative. Get school leavers doing the seasonal jobs.
They may not like the work, but they will like the beer money.

It was a tough choice that had to be made, Doris, and I'm afraid only one Labour MP voted against you losing your Winter Fuel payments. But if you weren't such a White racist, you'd do the sensible thing and marry an illegal immigrant and move into his nice warm hotel room with him. The new Government is punishing you for your Bigotry. We will not let your outdated views stand in the way of the Caring Socialist Society we're building. Just looking at the Labour MPs I can see it isn't a British people party.

All The Best Wealth taxes have not worked in every other country that has tried them - why do you think the UK would do better? Organised tax raids on billionaires will result in less billionaires setting up shop in the UK, which will result in less work and less tax payers. Lefties don't think about it this way, they just feel things. However, their feelies are severely warped, as seen by the fact that Labour are appeasing the unions and every Labour MP are in effect voting for democide. The UK is on track to becoming a third world socialist shithole and the demographics will match.
