Chilcot concluded that Blair presented the assessments of the spy agencies to parliament with a “certainty” not justified by available intelligence."

CIA, MI6 and other Intelligence Agencies all had some assets on the ground and informing on what was happening in Iraq and Saddam's intentions , the Germans had an informant with excellent understanding and background in Chemicals who, told them that Saddam had Mobile Chemical and Biological Weapons that would be difficult if not impossible to find it was only much later that he admitted he lied. |
