Only if you decide to march chanting antisemitic racial hatred, which the police completely ignore, then yes there is something wrong with being Pro Palestinian. I agree. Those chanting Antisemitic Racial Hatred should be arrested and charged as appropriate. The sticking point here is what defines "Antisemitic Racial Hatred". Calling for the destruction of Israel and Jews? Certainly. Calling for Israel to ceasefire in killing Gazan Non-Combatants? No. Calling for Israel to end the illegal settlements in the occupied Palestinian territories? Again, no. Asking, and expecting, Israel to abide by international treaties it willingly acceded to is not Antisemitic in any way. All The Best I don't see any British Jewish communities on protest marches chanting Pro-Palestine racial hatred, the Jewish communities have been very dignified in all of this, it's not their fault what goes on back home, and they haven't dragged the British people in to their wars, however the Pro-Palestinian protesters haven't been so gracious and have tried to drag down the UK and involve us in their wars, and while doing so have racially abused Jewish people, if they feel so strongly about it they can always fuck off back to Palestine, we don't need their racial hatred on the streets of the UK.

You need to be exact here. Being Pro-Palestine is NOT the same a spreading Racial Hatred. So what, EXACTLY, do you mean here? All The Best

If anyone wants to join that axis, fine, but they will end up on the wrong side of history.

I support the cause of Palestinian statehood - I am neither Iranian, Hezbollah, Houthis, or a radical Muslim. It only takes one counter-example to prove a theory incorrect. Supporting Palestinian Statehood will be seen, in fact already is seen, as being on the right side of history; except in Israel and by their extremist supporters. All The Best

All The Best So you support the refusal of Egypt and Jordan to allow Palestinian refugees to escape from Israeli attrition and keep them exposed to danger. You support the war that Hamas are fighting that means schools and hospitals and civilian areas are used as weapons stores and firing sites and even now the Palestinian civilians are turning on Hamas as being dogmatic in their approach. Most Gazans had a good life before the war as attested by many suffering now. Hamas, Jordan and Egypt are using innocent civilians as expendable counters in their greater political outlook. If the UK tried this the same people shouting support for Palestine would condemn the UK. It is the hypocrisy of it all that gets me.

All The Best Whoa now that is all part and parcel of the Palestinian campaign, and I have not even mentioned the actual Palestinian refugee camps that have been kept as refugee camps since 1948 pending a right of return. The ME is playing with the lives of people in ways that would bring opprobrium down on our heads if we did the same. If we maintained camps for Ugandan and Kenyan Asians through several generations until the right of return was acceded to then we would have been a pariah state indeed. Yet the cause is taken as just with very unjust means.

All The Best You can but then one has to take the whole shebang. I support the principle of no more asylum seekers unbidden into our territory it seems I have to be aligned with far right thugs if I take that stance. The principle of the Palestinian state and the demonstrations are mixed in with all sorts of things that may be unbidden but are all intermingled. Smashing up British factories is just one such action.

No it isn't. I can, in principle, support the creation of a Palestinian State without supporting or even condoning any of the bollocks you are trying to bring in to it. All The Best 1) You can but then one has to take the whole shebang. 2) I support the principle of no more asylum seekers unbidden into our territory it seems I have to be aligned with far right thugs if I take that stance. 3) The principle of the Palestinian state and the demonstrations are mixed in with all sorts of things that may be unbidden but are all intermingled. 4) Smashing up British factories is just one such action. 1) So I can, and then I can't? Which is it? Make up your mind! I can choose to support Palestinian Statehood - alongside Israeli Statehood as well - without condoning extremist Palestinians or extremist Israelis. 2) We have a legal obligation to take genuine asylum seekers; it would be naive to think that your or my personal views should trump our legal obligations. I'd only consider you "far right" if you support the thugs attempting to burn people alive in refugee hotels - do you? 3) So is the principle of Israeli Statehood - I support Israeli Statehood, but I reject the illegally occupied territories, I reject the inhumane destruction of Gaza, and the illegal collective punishment meted out to the Gazan people. 4) Smashing up any property that does not belong to them should see the culprit face criminal charges. There, see; real easy to support one part of something without accepting the whole. Anyone can do it, if they are prepared to engage the old grey matter. All The Best
