How do they shed light on the Met Police "is guilty of institutional racism, misogyny and homophobia"?
So if that is what you believe what do you propose should be done? Becasue they are also based on the experience of officers but do not fit the narrative so are ignored.

How do they shed light on the Met Police "is guilty of institutional racism, misogyny and homophobia"? They don't. They shed light on your request for objective stats to be presented to you before you change your opinion. The stats Sandy produced said: "Met Police 'four times more likely' to use force on black people"

The stats Sandy produced said: "Met Police 'four times more likely' to use force on black people" Indeed but also gave a reason why as black people were more resistant to arrest. You cannot take the word of officers in one report as absolute truth and then ignore the word of officers in another report as being just opinion. BAME suspects were four times more likely to resist arrest as we was evidenced only too clearly at Manchester Airport.

And the reason why it is happening is another discussion, my point is how do you explain this happening in a police force that supposedly favours ethnic minorities?

I don't claim to have all the answers, I'm just saying I find it difficult to believe we'd be seeing these kinds of outcomes if law and order was skewed in favour of minorities. The point then is there are religious institutions in this country that preach racism, mysogyny and homophobia so would we be seeing these kind of outcomes if they were subject to compulsory courses on awareness of their shortcomings.

I don't claim to have all the answers, I'm just saying I find it difficult to believe we'd be seeing these kinds of outcomes if law and order was skewed in favour of minorities. But those type of outcomes are used to show that policing is skewed against them. So the police are expected/instructed to be more considerate as regards minorities and two tier policing comes more into play.

But why would we see such outcomes as "Met Police 'four times more likely' to use force on black people" in a police force that favours minorities?

Explaining it as police racism does not work as the police have been told to consider and value diversity more which no matter which way you look at it must favour ethnic minorities and their cultural proclivities. Perhaps if everyone was treated exactly the same the figures would be astronomically skewed it is unknown. What I find strange is this weird notion that diversity is a good thing and must be valued but when diversity indicates that people are different on average then it becomes racism.

But why would we see such outcomes as "Met Police 'four times more likely' to use force on black people" in a police force that favours minorities? Why would we see said police officers idly standing by watching Muslims (not specifically blac) intimidating, threatening and attacking Jews, and ignoring issues with grooming gangs in the north if they don't favour certain ethnic minorities, or why haven't we seen those Pakistani men charged with assault after breaking a female police officers nose?

But why would we see such outcomes as "Met Police 'four times more likely' to use force on black people" in a police force that favours minorities? Because diversity indicates that black people will be more resistant to arrest. They may be ten times more resistant to arrest but because of two tier policing it only materialises in four times more force. As I keep saying it is not always whitey's fault,
