so how is your plan working out so far? It not my plan. It is how the law works. The correct way to change that in our system is via the ballot-box at the local, regional and national levels; but the right-wing are all bent out of shape because FPTP just handed them a resounding thrashing; that they are almost to a man complete hypocrites is demonstrated that nary a one of them protested when FPTP handed Johnson a resounding victory. The rioters are violent, anti-democratic, criminals - they should be treated as such. I note you avoided my question: What specifically do you mean by background? Afraid, perhaps, of outing yourself in the same way Fairsociety has repeatedly done? All The Best Trying to keep a lid on the guys background and ethnicity has blown up spectacularly - as I said right at the start, honesty would be the best policy. The lack of honesty from the Authorities over the years has contributed to the sense of grievance that is driving these riots.

OK, so we are past it. But what EXACT number was it? All The Best It was never measured so how would I know. It is a mix of numbers, events, policies, perceptions and outcomes. The numbers are easily seen in terms of illegal migrants and continuing legal migrants the events are also easily seen both historically and recent events in both Kent and Southport as well as many others; the policies are believed to be as outlined by Labour and actually seen to be enacted by Labour, the outcomes are easily seen in what the country has become. Hang on, you said it was about numbers. Now you are saying you don't know what those numbers are. This really isn't about numbers at all, is it? You are just saying anything to deflect from having to admit the truth. What has this country become? Remember, the Tories have been in power for 14 years; they had ample time to change things, but chose not to. But you are still only blaming Labour. All The Best

The saner portion of the population was more than willing to wait for things to follow the proper order of events. And again: you have still refused to define what you mean by "background". Educational background? Economic background? What is it, specifically, that YOU mean by "background"? You mention ethnicity, but if it is only about ethnicity then you are effectively admitting being a racist (which should put your position as Moderator here at risk), and are condoning racist actions. Doesn't really matter is driving these riots, they are illegal, and those engaged in them are criminals. All The Best

There was actually a cover-up to try and hide the grooming scandal - so it is acceptable to be incensed by that, though even that does not justify illegal rioting and looting. In this case there was no cover-up, there was simply an adherence to due process; due process that limited the authorities ability to release any information about the individual that could lead to him being identified, unless a Court had removed those limitation. You'll note that as soon as the Court did remove those limitations information that could identify the suspect was forthcoming. You are trying to compare Apples with Spanners. All The Best

All The Best You are missing the point - there are numerous examples of the State trying to cover up incidents that go against the policies of the State. We have had a series of knife attacks now on white victims by ethnic perpetrators - so as soon as this attack happened people were speculating about the identity of the perp. Trying to misdirect people by simply saying the guy was Welsh (with the insinuation that he was white) instead of being sensible and open about the facts has now spectacularly blown up. The State has lost trust in large part because of stunts like this. But they never learn.

In a country that respects the rule of law it would not have been necessary. In a country that had not enabled right-wing racists to take over the socio-political narrative it would not have been necessary. Why should normal due process be changed to assuage criminals who we should just lock up anyway? If paedophiles start rioting should be lower the age of consent? No, you stand up the criminals and lock them up! All The Best

It's hardly a secret that the majority of people have for years wanted immigration cut, a fact publicly accepted by every PM since 2010. Cameron, May, Johnson and Sunak all said immigration should and would come down because they knew that's what the majority wanted, yet under every one of them immigration went up and the majority had to suck it up or be shouted down as racists. Let me tell you something, it was never a case of 'will' mass immigration cause civil unrest, it was always a case of 'when'. Anyone who cant see that is a bloody fool. Starmer is a disgrace, as attorney general he failed to prosecute Pakistani grooming gangs, when BLM were rioting he took the knee, when white English people demonstrate against mass immigration he calls them far right and promises to put them in prison. Starmer is a liar and a minority appeasing extreme lefty. After just four weeks his approval ratings have fallen off a cliff. He wont last 6 months.

No, you stand up the criminals and lock them up! All The Best It saved court time in the judge not having to go back to court to release the details - it could , and should have happened as soon as he was charged given that this was wihin a fortnight of his birthday. Some of these anonymity orders for murdering kids are ridiculous (imo) the press asked for two to be lifted last week for 12 year old murder convicts guilty of stabbing a 19 year old through the heart and smashed his skull in and who are facing life in prison . Apparently naming them would adversely affect their welfare and mental health according to social workers ! Mrs Justice Tipples said the welfare of the schooboys, who both face a mandatory life sentence for killing 19-year-old Shawn Seesahai, outweighed the wider public interest and open justice principles. The defenceless victim was stabbed in the heart and suffered a skull fracture when he was struck repeatedly on playing fields at Stowlawn, in Bilston, on November 13 last year after a shoulder barging. .... Four media organisations, including the PA news agency, had argued that the defendants, one now aged 13, should lose anonymity granted by an order under the Youth Justice and Criminal Evidence Act. But after a two-day application hearing Mrs Justice Tipples, sitting at Nottingham Crown Court, said she had accepted evidence contained in pre-sentence reports that naming the boys would have a detremental impact on their welfare. The judge, who heard that the victim’s family believe the boys should be named, told the court the facts of the killing – which “took place in not much more than a minute” – were “of course shocking, particularly given the very young age of the defendants”.As part of her ruling, the judge accepted evidence from social workers that one of the defendants was vulnerable, had “extremely complex needs” and that identifying him would have “an extremely detrimental impact on his mental health”. The judge also accepted a statement in a pre-sentence report which said naming the other youth was likely to increase the likelihood of negative attention within the custodial setting.

All The Best dear fucking christ above. Why do so many people like yourself misunderstand nationality? Nationality is a mindset. It isnt a piece of paper like a travel document. How do you know this guy saw himself as welsh? Do you have proof ? A national identity is something that is forged by your ancestry , your family , your upbringing and how these make you think and feel. If you are born in a stable it doesn't make you a horse.

There are English folk on here , vinny , for example , who from interacting with him sees himself as British. There are others who see themselves as English , I and moray loon see ourselves as Scottish. So why does pro veritas assume that a Rwandan couple who give birth to a child in a welsh hospital automatically means that that child sees himself as welsh? The mind fucking boggles at the simplistic tripe the liberal left come out with. Nationality is a complicated idea that really does depend on many factors. we will wait to see though if we have proof of this guy seeing himself as welsh.

I see that you continue to persist with your racist shite The youth who murdered the three girls is not a criminal because he's black, or because his parents were born in Africa. He's a criminal because he is either criminally minded or has mental health issues, or both. White people can be criminally minded, English born people who's roots go back 2000 years in England can be murderers, child killers or evil, nasty people. Why oh why do you have to attempt to make a link with been black, and the fact that he murdered three innocent children. ? You remind me of those Germans in the 1930s who spread as much false propoganda as possible, that Jews were evil, they are not proper humans, they steal the wealth of proper Germans, they are anti-German, they are child molestors.
