Yes but do we know it is a hate crime yet? Black man on very young vulnerable white girls. One would suspect that possibility is being considered. It is not any sort of crime until it is through due process, he did it, he was caught in the act, he was arrested at scene but he is still the alleged attacker. Only if he attacked them because of their skin colour. Also one of the victims was Portuguese and had a slightly darker complexion, so I don't think that theory is going to hold water. |
