Nonsense, they named Thompson an Venables and they were only 10. Good point. No it isn't. Thomson and Venables were only named after the trial had concluded and they had been sentenced.

How is his ethnicity relevant to the crime? Why did you say BAME suspect instead of just suspect? Because it's a hate crime. Why did EDL members from outside the area come and start trouble... Were those protesting outside Manchester Police HQ all locals, then?

Well we know were Starmer and Labour stand, he should be named because according to them 16 year olds are old enough to vote, so if 16 year old are old enough to vote according to Starmer/Labour a 17 year old is old enough to be named and shamed.

It is relevant to whether or not it is labelled as such Yes but do we know it is a hate crime yet? Black man on very young vulnerable white girls. One would suspect that possibility is being considered. It is not any sort of crime until it is through due process, he did it, he was caught in the act, he was arrested at scene but he is still the alleged attacker.

"The law recognises five types of hate crime on the basis of: Race Religion Disability Sexual orientation Transgender identity" www.cps.gov.uk/crime-info/hate-crimeBy that definition the Dunblane massacre was not a hate crime.

Come back when you learn what a hate crime is, because you seem to think the fact it was a murder makes it a hate crime. Wrong.

Wrong. piss off steve, not once have you showed a iota of sympathy for the murdered children, victims and their families, you are doing your usual lefty fucking trait like the rest of them, MAKING LAME EXCUSES, if this had been a white British born and bred attacker murdering 'Black' children we'd never hear the end of you and the rest of the lefty double standard hypocrites wanting anyone who voted Tory or right-wing arrested under the terrorist act.
THE ONLY DANGER TO SOCIETY RIGHT NOW IS THE LEFT-FAR-LEFT, they are going to take down this country once and for all.

I'm not saying it isn't or shouldn't be considered. I'm saying that as it stands we don't know the motive and it would therefore be inaccurate to describe it as a hate crime would it not?
