And you wouldn't know the truth if it bit you on the arse, Nulla. I can't even be bothered to press the view post button. I think I'd rather waste time discussing linguistics with ToTheLeft. LOL! 🤣

I have long argued that an MP (of any and all parties) resigning the whip, having the whip withdrawn, or crossing the floor should trigger an immediate By-Election. All The Best It's ridiculous that an MP who is elected by his constituents because he represents a particular party, can simply cross the floor and bat for the opposition without the people who voted for him having any say. This essentially means his constituents, and there may be tens of thousands of them, have had their votes cancelled. I agree, it should trigger an immediate by-election.

Lots of Reform candidates standing in some constituencies are getting death threats, that's the dirty guts they are up against.
This is how Labour operate, if they can't win fairly they just resort to threats of violence, and yet their double standard hypocrisy when they try to accuse people of being far-right if you dare question anything the lefties say or do.

Truth has ALWAYS been an act of revolution. What was it Pushkin said: " Better the illusions that exalt us than ten thousand truths"?... And you wouldn't know the truth if it bit you on the arse, Nulla. Now, there a supreme irony from the resident racist. All The Best

Any evidence? Or another lie? I know which I suspect. Only news source I can find for something that would pretty much be considered nationally news worthy if true is: www.wirralglobe.co.uk/news/24402377.reform-uk-party-cancels-wirral-meeting-alleged-threats/So, one case, of implied threats, not actually directed that the Reform Candidate. When you lie at least try and make it plausible, and not quite so easy to expose as the lie it is - wasn't even a challenge. All The Best

A man has been arrested on suspicion of sending an alleged death threat to a candidate in the Rochdale byelection.
Greater Manchester police (GMP) launched an investigation after being alerted to a video message sent to Simon Danczuk, of the rightwing party Reform UK.
The video was filmed by someone referring to Danczuk as “a white devil” and threatening to “put one in his head”.
A subsequent message sent to Danczuk on Facebook added: “I am going to assault you when I see you and I care not of the consequences.”
** The left wing thugs, see how quite they keep left wing thuggery, you know nothing about it..... HELLO!!

Rochdale was February and here is the actual ink (as posting the proper link is seemingly as difficult for you as telling the truth) www.theguardian.com/uk-news/2024/feb/27/rochdale-byelection-reform-uk-candidate-simon-danczuk-man-arrested-alleged-death-threatSo if being generous that is one and a half. Still NOT "lots" I mean what is "lots", I'd certainly expect it to be in double figures. Do you have 8 more cases of death threats to Reform UK candidates? Heck, do you even have 2 more? You have any evidence it is actually "lots"? Or do you just want to admit you lied? All The Best

The "lots" claim is quite clearly a lie, and I suggest you knew it was lie when you made it. All The Best

You yourself provide proof a Reform candidate from Merseyside had also been made death threats, so that's TWO that we know of, you spend nearly every post calling posters who don't agree with you 'Liars' ... change the fuckin record.... if that's the best you can do .... Liar Liar Liar ... you sound like a right tit.

No I didn't; I showed the EXACT opposite: the Candidate himself admitted there was no threat made against him. I ONLY call people liars when I can demonstrate they have lied. All The Best

All The Best However, after rumours of protests and fears for safety, David Robert Burgess-Joyce, candidate for the Reform Party in Wallasey, cancelled the meeting.
He was worried enough to cancel his meeting.

Death threats are never acceptable but all sides receive them, so don't claim it's a leftist thing.

In 2 weeks time are Reform likely to be in a position to implement their spending plans? No. They'll get a handful of seats, if that. Farage has admitted that it wasn't a serious document. It has quite rightly been pulled apart as such. The point that I was making though was in response to Fairsociety's question about why Reform's spending was under more scrutiny than Labour's. The fact that it is not a serious document is part of the reason, along with the fact that Reform were proposing MORE spending than Labour. But if there is no chance of it being enacted whereas the Labour spending plans will be - so anyone who is concentrating on the plans from Reform are simply playing partisan politics.
