Take no notice to polls, they are only a rough indication of outcomes, most people on the street will tell you one thing and then do another. If they are anything like me when I take surveys I put down the total opposite of what is fact, I hate the nosy bastards forever trying to snoop in to your private life.
Nearly every home device/mobile phones has some form of snooping device in it, when the polling stations open I bet half don't vote for who they've been endorsing.
Most people try and deny polls that they disagree with, but I think this horse is over the line. That is probably true however many people are becoming disillusioned with polls, which probably stems from the EU referendum in the main. It was a fairly simple yes/no type question with little variation yet they managed to get that result arse about tit. There is also a certain lack of trust in that do some polls try to influence how people vote by weighting results in a biased fashion. Not a thing easily to prove but trust in the powers that be has taken a nose dive in the last couple of decades and realistically with good reason.

Labour candidate for Clacton, Jovan Owusu-Nepau, said his favourite drink is white mens tears, and that he was standing in Clacton (which is 96% white) for black and brown people. So not only is he openly racist, he's a thick racist who is still a Labour candidate and still has the confidence of Starmer. I wonder what you would be saying about Jovan if he was a Reform candidate, lol. You don't disappoint, you're a typical opportunist lefty. It's what we expect. Sorry Red the mud slinging hasn't worked. Mud is what you throw that is not true. What Red stated was factually correct and the conclusions he drew are what any sensible person would draw. The fact the left live with this type of viewpoint and try to keep it under wraps also tells a tale or two and the media largely ignoring it does similar. It seems he has been banished from the Constituency by the Labour party and the Voice seems to think it is because he is popular and getting more retweets than Starmer and it is a jealousy type situation. I think facts are a difficult thing for this candidate. The mud was already stuck it just had to be highlighted.

Have BBC2 politics on tv, Nick Ferrari said earlier that were 10 million postal votes.
That is over 25% of the electorate if correct?

Why would they not have a accurate record of how many UK citizens are eligible to vote in this 2024 election?
They only have to check the census register.

I wondered that it might be higher due to a summer election, even so it seems much too high for me.

And the many Irish and commonwealth students /workers and their dependants . As long as the have student visas or leave to remain they can vote in UK elections . They can also use a postal vote if they have returned to their own countries for a break or are unable to vote in person .

So a voting system wide open for fraud .... is this why there's a predicted landslide victory for Labour .. if we can't win fairly we'll just cheat, that's their motto.

Indeed. None of us are immune to the world. Perhaps a promises (one kept) to build enough new houses to bring the price down would help with that. In our day a house cost 3 to 4 times your annual income. Now its more like 8 to 10 times. Because of this even small rises in interest rates have a profound effect. Agree on house prices, causes I guess are immigration and oldies staying in their homes rather than going into care homes and have carers nearly all with darker skins. The cause of house shortage are certainly immigration and longevity. But even if we stopped both we would still need to build a million homes just to catch up with the current population. Not sure of your point about carers with darker skins. I'm reminded of my dad before he died, I was visiting him in hospital when he grasped my arm and said "Look Look! they're all nignogs" But then he was senile by then.

Its just that it was such an important question that people remember. Mostly they got it wrong because of assumption on voting numbers. Remainers were overconfident and too many didn't vote. I don't imagine that happening this time, do you?

The only good thing if Labour do get into power is that Europe is turning Right wing, they've had a belly full of Liberal lefty snowflake wokeism taking over their countries.
France is a good example, so Starmer peddling his socialism lefty woke snowflake agenda might find it difficult to get his chums in the EU to play ball, most of Europe will be having their 'Exit' referendums, while poor old lefty Starmer will be looking at ways of rejoining ... that's the kind of daft bastard we'll have to put up with.
