You remind me of the outraged pro EU lefties who spent years laughing at UKIP, and as Farage famously said; they aint laughing now. Only a fool would underestimate Farage, again. All depends on who's doing the polling, you only have to look at the BBC they wont give Farage the time of day, he's done absolutely nothing wrong, and he's as entitled as any other campaigner to have a fair campaign, ..... not a bias media witch-hunt, even you must agree he's being treated unfairly. |

Luckily over there conversation consists of thought out ideas with links etc. I'd invite you to join, but you would find it confusing. Gosh how big of you. No doubt the reason Labour are doing well is that anything is better than this lot of nev'r do wells. I wont insult anyone by calling them Conservatives. But the polls show no love for Starmer either. I put it down to 14 years of stagnation and crap with every dawn being a false one. People just think that's what politicians are like. I saw an interview the other day with a 28 year old mum. She said she wouldn't vote because they were all the same. I thought, wait a minute you were only 14 when this lot took over, how could you possibly know they're all the same. So its just a mantra really. |

I've totally assessed that forum and it's full of establishment lefties by around a ratio of 90%. You are not nearly as smart as you think you are, you're just a one-dimensional troll as demonstrated by your own posts.
Nobody has asked me anything. I am just a respectful individual, unlike you. You were specifically and politely asked not to talk about that forum on here by your peers, but since you're a moderator on that site and trolling this site, I thought it best to mention the situation.

They are vague on many issues, they think by not giving a direct yes or no to a direct question that when they get in to power they will just say ...' we never said that'. Which is true, but deceitful, so basically they are trying to con voters, they only thing you can say about the Tories is what you see is what you get.

I disagree on your interpretation. I think Labour know they have the election bagged so they see no reason to make false promises of good times ahead. That way you wont be able to say they promised this or that because they didn't. So I live in hope. Hope that we wont see more of the stagnation we have suffered over the last 14 years, the failed austerity that killed itself because it destroyed the economy while the rest of the world recovered form the crash. The dreadful Brexit and Boris's lie about getting it done which cost us billions more in lost trade. We were in a far worse state than we should have been when Covid hit and then the war in Ukraine caught us with no alternative energy supplies and not even any stored gas. A whole generation has grown up knowing nothing but bad times, so moral is at rock bottom. Still, the rich got richer, so that's something. Will Labour be able to fix things, who knows. But I doubt they can make them worse. |

But immigration was his downfall not Nigel. Nigel just used it to get what he and his banker mates wanted, to get out of the EU. The Tories realised this and jumped on the 'blame the EU' band wagon. The EU caused our immigration problems with their FoM. Damn them. We Tories will save you. Scoundrels and Cads the lot of them. But it was the Tories encouraging ever more immigration and as soon as we left FoM they bought in millions from Asia and Africa instead. Yet still some are too blind to see the stupid con. |
