There is no “what I thought I saw “ about it. What I saw is what I describe above and what I describe above was crucial to the Brexit outcome. Personally I have no problems with Scotland leaving as long as there is a fair financial separation and the Scots use a different currency.
I think they can only do this by breaking the current electoral rules, they have form on this already by giving 16 & 17 yrs old the vote.
At this moment in time I don't think they will pull it off.
