My feeling is that this exodus of migrants fleeing to the UK is starting to unsettle all multicultural communities, it's not just a 'British born white person problem'.
Many of these 'illegal migrants' are racists, and they will target all walks of colour and religion in the UK, these multicultural communities are starting to be afraid of who is entering the UK, so it's not just a white person problem it's now a threat to every colour and religion and creed in the UK.

What exodus of migrants fleeing the UK? According to the ONS net migration is at a record high. Over the past 12 months half a million people (504,000) came to the UK. That's official, so God knows what the actual figure might be.

What a priceless recreation of that character in the Monty Python Prejudice Game Show sketch www.youtube.com/watch?v=DwckISwSN54

I meant a exodus of migrants leaving their own countries to get to the UK, Albania is one, they showed you a town in Albania completely empty of young men, a man saying there is no young work force there any more ... because they are all getting on dinghys to the UK.

When my old company started using casual agency Labour (mainly young itinerant East Europeans ) at first it was Poles and then it was mainly Lithuanians. One of the Lithuanians told me that there were few young people around in Lithuania because most had moved away to find jobs . Another said that in Lithuania you either were poor, a crook or moved away to work ( usually the UK). I suspect it’s the same in Albania ,except that you need to get into debt to pay the traffickers.

Is this why we left the EU? Well it's true to say most people who voted to leave the EU cited immigration as the reason or one of the reasons they wanted out. The fact that several years after Brexit we are overrun with immigrants both legal and illegal is not the fault of the electorate. It's the fault of pro EU pro mass immigration politicians on both sides of the house who don't care what the thick racist electorate want. Some people are of the opinion that when it comes to immigration the government are incompetent, but they're not incompetent at all. The government did not accidentally allow 1.1 million legal migrants into the country over the past 12 months, they could have stopped it but chose not to. The same with illegals, the government could stop it if they had the will, but they haven't. Regardless of the wishes of the electorate politicians are in the pocket of vested interests big business and the CBI who want hundreds of thousands of migrants in the marketplace in order to ensure a constant supply of cheap low skilled labour. Who knew?

I don't blame people who are living in poverty in other countries wanting to better their lives, but most illegal migrants have no intentions of finding jobs, they've heard we are a easy touch and they can sit all day doing nothing except getting freebies, they are not economic migrants, they are free loaders, and there is a big difference.

@red: some of us have known for many years that membership of the EU was not the root cause of Britain's immigration debacle nor the overpopulation, overcrowding, environmental degradation, social problems and all the other corrosive side-effects that come with it.
Unfortunately though enough of the electorate were fooled into thinking it was.
Well, here we are. The truth has been revealed at last.

Imo the problem is that we can’t control our borders . That in itself should be huge concern. As for people seeking work . I saw conditions and pay stagnate because so many young itinerant foreigners were willing to work in dangerous conditions and companies flout Labour and safety laws . Not only that but it starved those countries of their young people . We had skilled people from Lithuania and other East European countries working at low skilled jobs in the UK because the pay was several times more than their previously skilled jobs.

We could control our borders but for some unknown reason they don't want to, it's beyond lunacy watching these dinghy's with hundreds of migrants arriving daily, the UK must be a laughing stock, imagine seeing those scenes in Australia, well no, you wouldn't witness those scenes in Australia, it just wouldn't happen.
