Sizewell C is going to be a copy of Hinckley C, i.e. an EPR reactor. The Brits are fucking stupid (9 years of delay already) so lets hope they do not blow themselves up when they switch it on. |

The Calder Hall nuclear power station was built and operational in three years.
We're capable of doing this ourselves we just need a decent government rather than shit governments.

We don't need China. The people who built that are dead. Get real and get up-to-date. See my thread on the British Volt if you want to see how it is these days. The chief scientist had never even studied batteries before she was given the job after only a couple of years of work experience from college. It's all to do with political correctness and achieving more women in science and making sure they get the top jobs to prove women are as good as men. The results speak for themselves. |
