The definition you quoted is a itself a subjective value judgment and employs the concepts of 'care' and 'justice'. It doesn't point logically to anything in particular |

The one who uses it and means x, the one to whom it is aimed and hears y and all others who hear x,y or z depending on their viewpoint, experience etc. So it very much depends who is using the word for one to garner what is meant by it. Very similar to the word 'gay' which now has umpteen meanings with the original poetic being generally lost. |

I heard it first on a sample album called ‘ Fill your head with rock’. One of the best album around at the time . Good old 60s .. Same here. I bought a Moondog album once and it was mostly self serving rubbish. But that line just seems to capture some of the pseudo absurdity of how modern live has turned so much upside down. I'll change my sig at some time just not today. Try "When ships were made of wood and men were made of steel", it wasn't that long ago. |

Someone give me a shout when we are back on to discussing the Reform agenda.
