I know . The point is still valid nomatter how many times you repeat yourself If the age and gender are the same then they can't have been rejected because of age or gender. No they were rejected because their names threw up red flags to HR. Just as Fred Bloggs might throw up a red flag to the lap dance club.

It doesn't prove that they're poor job candidates, there's no evidence for that, it proves they are discriminated against.

I have to say they're a problem for my company, they see it as fair game to take whatever they can without paying and are very happy to intimidate staff with threats.
