Ask the police ^^^ I would accept their comments a million times over before accepting the distorted comments by people who allow politically sick newspapers like the mail and the express to do their thinking for them. Ah yes, here we go again... covering your eyes and pretending there is nothing to see... your bias is beyond pathetic. View AttachmentLets get some perspective on this, in the worst possible scenario Angela Raynor could owe around fifteen hundred quid in CGT, but listening to what Labour Party officals are saying ( after seeing her legal advice ), I reckon she will owe nothing, but time will tell. This then takes us onto the other possible offence, of giving false information to the electoral records, which would amount to her POSSIBLY voting in a ward or constituency that she did not live in, but it is not fraudulant because unlike REAL electoral fraud, no attempt is made here to vote more than once. Put into persepective, the possible false information to the electoral registar is trivial, and IF indeed it is proved that she failed to pay CGT to the tune of around fifteen hundred quid, it is again pityfull when compared to the NUMEROUS cases of tax avoidance cases amongst Tory MPs. As for Jill Mortimer, the soon to be gone Tory MP for Hartlepool, in a different league to Angela Raynor, Mrs Mortimer has money stashed away in the Cayman Islands, which immediately raises questions. The wealthy MP for Harlepool lives in leafy, prosperous, Tory North Yorkshire, not sure the precise distance from Harlepool, but around 35 miles. If true it's going to be WAY MORE than £1500. Her neighbours and Labour Members say she moved out when she got married, if this is true she should have paid back £17k of the right to buy discount. If she did rent the house to her brother then add defrauding her mortgage company, undeclared rental income, council tax discount fraud and potentially other benefit fraud (working tax credits, disability benefits etc). Could easily be talking of a financial benefit of over £30k. Even if she survives this, there is no way she will be PM now, people will be too afraid of what other skeletons she has.

NO, stop lying about me. YOUR CLEARLY BIASED AND PATHETIC EARLY SHIT SHOW AGAINST HER was you playing judge and jury based upon insinuations and hearsay. All I have done is to refuse to join you in your early clearly disgusting and biased shit show against her.
I have often pointed out that I would wait for the clear evidence that she was guilty, rather than to have clearly biased newspapers do my thinking for me, which is what the more pathetic posters on here were so eager to do.

Now Angela Rayner finds herself in that very predicament, people are reminding her about her comments of Boris Johnson, the fact the police need to speak to her, should mean she needs to resign, this is the double standard hypocrisy we are pointing out regarding Rayner.
She said: "Boris Johnson’s Downing Street is under police investigation, how on earth can he think he can stay on as Prime Minister?"

I see the Labour bot is on here attacking the messenger, which is obviously Labour's way of telling us that they support the BBC lying to the people.

Don't forget she also demanded Zahawi's resignation after he settled a HMRC challenge to their enquiry into a share valuation as well as demanding a candidate publish their tax return What's good for the goose ....

This is the big difference between a good educated politician and uneducated one, knowing she had her own Skeletons in the cupboard she wouldn't have made such BIG noises and high moral stances over other MPs, now we all DEMAND those high standards for her..... I bet she's kicking herself now .... 'I should have kept my fucking BIG GOB shut' everyone keeps repeating what I said about Johnson.

I can’t find witchfinder’s original post so i’ll pop this on here Let’s indeed get some perspective Rayner gave a false address when completing her parliamentary election nomination form. At worst this misrepresented her eligibility to stand in the election in the constituency. If the house she purported to live in was in the constituency or an adjacent one, and the house she actually lived in was not, and her agent if she had one was not, then she has no valid claim to stand for the election and should be thrown out of the commons as a fraud. At BEST if she was habitually resident at an address other than that which she declared then she is guilty of a crime under the same Section 65 of the Representation of the People Act and her claim to stand as the elected member is equally null and void and she should equally be thrown out of the house.

This made me laugh...... Manchester mayor Andy Burnham Why doesn Andy Burnham think he's above the law, if the police need to speak to Andy Burnham they will, this is the typical 'I'm above the law' attitude of the lefties. "I won’t take part in Rayner investigation", says Andy Burnham Conflict of interest for Labour mayor who also acts as police and crime commissioner
I bet the little squirt would take part if was Boris Johnson, 'It's my duty to tell the truth' I will assist the police in any way I can ......... LOL
