I'm sure Labour will adapt and push through Scotland's Orwellian fascism and possibly make all criticism of Labour a hate crime. Even on here Andrewbrown is insisting that people should be banned over opinions on the Left that he dislikes, whilst his horde are on here trolling for his cult. Sure, I doubt anyone takes his horde seriously, but it does all highlight the shameless hypocrisy of the Left and the shameless levels they will stoop to.
If only you would try some objectivity in your posts, who knows you might just post something worth reading. ^^ Here's one of them now. They just post stock responses. |

At the time, Ms Rayner, who bought her former council house in Vicarage Road in 2007, had just moved beyond the five-year point after which the discount obtained on the purchase does not have to be returned to the council.

Ok so this is shifting the goalposts This article is the first I have seen that suggests representing your main address to be other than where it actually is, and thereby evading capital gains tax is not actually a criminal offence. That's the first time I've heard that it isn't I wish I'd known tax evasion wasn't a criminal act when I could have enjoyed the rewards it brings .... It is only not a criminal offence when either members of the establishment, or members of the wealthy elite do it. It is clearly, and obviously necessarily, a criminal offence when normal oiks do it. It could very well be argued that the Attack Dogs unleashed upon Angela Rayner have in actual fact INCREASED Labours lead in the polls, however, I am more inclined to believe that its other things or other issues which are widening the gap.
What the Tory Apologists do not seem to realise, is that - IF - in fact Angela Rayner is found to have broken the law, she will resign as Deputy Leader, there will be an election for another Deputy Leader, and everything will simply carry on regardless.
With no effect on either the polls, the impending local election results OR the forthcoming general election

And that alleged crookedness came to light AFTER she was elected to the post of Deputy Leader of the Opposition Conservatives voted for Johnson to be leader of the UK sitting Government, and this was long after his crookedness was revealed. And that alleged crookedness came to light AFTER she was elected to the post of Deputy Leader of the Opposition Conservatives voted for Johnson to be leader of the UK sitting Government, and this was long after his crookedness was revealed. The former might be considered being gulled by someone later revealed to be a crook, the latter is expressing full support for a known crook. All The Best So she bought a Council house discounted under the right-to-buy.
She could not sell it for the first 5 years because she would have to give back percentages of that discount, so Angela 'Bowen' kept the house in her maiden name, and pretended she lived there alone.
After the 5 the years was up, she conveniently changed her name to Angela married Rayner, and could freely sell the house without without giving any money back.
By the way this is the very same Angela Rayner who is crusading to STOP people being allowed to buy their council house .......because it's causing a lack of social housing. Buying her council house at a discounted price put her on the property ladder, and made her a nice little earner, and now she wants to stop others from doing what she did.

Mainly because i spent my life finding ways to pay bills when i shoud have pretended to be a labour supporter and kissed arse to become a canddidate and collect a salary three times the average, i know, but, last time i checked Boris told us all he "was not the man" to lead the party in 2017 and dumped us with that bloody woman instead, then got given the premiership in 2019 when even labour had had enough of the zombie parliament All the crap about lawbreaking I've seen arose after that.

I don't think so, if Raynor goes the Corbynistas in the party (of which there are many) will strive to put one of their hard left marxists in place, this will be resisted by Starmer resulting in a public split in the party, this is obviously what the Tories are playing for.
There are two things that we must remember when we hear the likes of Reeves stuttering and mumbling platitudes about how fair they intend to be, the truth is that Raynor has advised us that Wales is showing us the way, (much in the same way Diane Abbott told us Venezuela was showing us the way), and that Starmer told us Jeremy Corbyn would make a good Prime Minister.
If everyone remembers those two quotes when they go into the voting booth then we can't go far wrong.
