You conveniently rubbish all claims in the article (you haven't read - straight away you are trolling), that found this confrontational to a girl. In fact, you don't even believe the girl exists and mock the story with belittling quips about the tooth fairy. And when you've been called out on your hypocritical stance over the 'feelings and emotions' of the trans-cult, you go squirming to the mods like a little worm and make a vexatious complaint that happened on pg. 8 of this thread. You suddenly make the complaint on pg. 17. You make vexatious complaints when you're found trolling. |

Nothing further to add. So, you won't indulge me and answer me this: Why has it taken until now to complain, since the alleged accusation of Nazi happened on pg. 8 of this thread. Buccaneer did not start with the personal insults, yet again, it was Darling as early as page 1. Furthermore, I disagree it was Buccaneer who started any baiting, it was Darling on page 1.
I've read this thread, right up to the Goebbels comment, and throughout this post, Darling is offering very little in the way of discussion, in fact, any opinion that is contrary to his, he just tosses out a variation of 'you're not an expert, you've got no say' and that's a pretty dishonest and very unacademic way to try and shut down debate instead of engaging in what is supposed to be a conversation.
Indeed if we played by such a mantra, then there would be barely any posts on this forum, which is ridiculous.
As for the Goebbels comment itself, I think in instances like this, we need to take into consideration the context. In this case, given the context of the discussion and where/how the conversation was going, it's highly unlikely Buccaneer was claiming Darling was a Nazi - that context just doesn't make much sense to me when I read that thread - though him acting like a dishonest propagandist (another way to view the name, is far more likely given the nature of the posts).
While im not saying I agree or disagree with the propaganda comments, I think in light of the fact Darling seems to be starting insults, that this is in no small part understandable.
This doesn’t mean it’s okay for members to start tossing Goebbels comments at each other (especially if you’re involved in this report), nor does it mean you can start calling each other names but I’m going to be far less on your side when you’re the person initiating insults at people on a thread and then trying to act the victim when someone snaps and bites back. Also do not take this as an ‘it’s okay to bite back with anything’ because it’s not.
This will, and always will remain the domain of moderator discretion.
