My problem is if the school officially defines him as any of them . So you blame the school rather than the parents? No. A parent can’t ‘ officially ‘ define their child. The parents are part of the abuse though. |

My points were: the child wasn't actuated by a sexual motive; it is inappropriate to impute a sexual motive to a 4-year-old; it is inappropriate to use the word cock in a discussion about a 4-year-old; it is proper that all important decisions regarding the welfare of the child be left to the child's loved ones and medical professionals; the status quo favours my viewpoint; it is against the rules to expressly state or imply association with Nazi ideology. I don't see that I have lost any of those points. Quite the contrary. |

There is no in-between, and you can have all the medical prcedures known to man to transform you from male/female, female/male.
But ultimately your birth DNA will not change, XX FEMALE - XY MALE ... it will never alter no matter what.

Of course, but that doesn't mean people have to accept them, in a ideal world that would be fine, but we don't live in a ideal world, fat people get abused, disabled people get abused, people with mental illness get abused, people with learning disabilities get abused, it's human nature to have prejudices, me personally I don't care what sex anyone wants to be, I don't care if you are gay lesbian or whatever, as long as it doesn't impact my life then I really don't care. |

When I was a kid if my parents thought on my behalf that I wanted to be a girl, then took it upon themselves to turn me in to a girl, I would expect them to be sectioned under the mental health act, or put in a secure unit to protect me from them, and hopefully I would never be handed back to them, failure to do so will impact my mental health for the rest of my life.

We also have to look at the legal implications of this, what rights would the unsuspecting 'victim' of a transgender have?
If I picked up some bird and had sex with 'her' then found out she was a transgender and not told me, where do I stand, I'd feel like I'd had a gay encounter, and I had been mislead in to sex, which is a crime.
Or a woman has sex with a 'man' who is a transgender woman, does that mean she's had a lesbian encounter, also being mislead in to sex which is a crime.
