I have asked the same question many times and suspect the answer lies in massive corruption and incompetence. The number of billionaires amongst the wealthy elites has multiplied, which is where a lot of it is going. Trickle up on an industrial scale. And lots of it is being invested in property or heading off into offshore accounts. I'm sure your right we both know the looney right wing Element won't admit It No of course they wont. It is all supposedly being spent on foreigners, asylum seekers, and welfare scroungers. Even though the figures do not support such an assumption. By far the largest recipients of state largesse are of course pensioners, whose collective trousering utterly dwarfs what is spent on asylum seekers, and adds up to more than all welfare payments to everyone else put together. The fact that many of them are not poor to start with doesnt matter. Their sense of entitlement is epic, they've worked hard all their lives, blah, blah, blah,, even though they would criticise in an instant any sense of entitlement from anybody else, no matter how hard they might be working on pitiful wages paying extortionate rents at this very moment. With little sense of gratitude that it is todays hard pressed taxpayers who are financing all the pensioner handouts that many of them dont even need. 60 percent of this age group vote Tory, the me, me , me generation upon whom the Tories have depended for their support for decades. Without them, the working population who are paying for everything could never be so easily shafted. |

You spent ages in another thread lying about how a Tory had to take over Plymouth City Council because the Labour leader faced jail, and when I posted the evidence to tell you this was utter rubbish, you tried dredging up links to prove your lies which in fact did anything but. And that just made you look both even more stupid and even more dishonest, until gradually it began to dawn even on you that you were wrong. Of course you lacked the integrity to admit it so instead disappeared claiming you couldnt be bothered anymore. You frequently spout untruths, whether that be a result of stupidly misunderstanding something, believing lies you read somewhere, or being deliberately dishonest, is not always obvious. But what is always obvious is your inability to admit to being wrong about your facts when proven to be. Instead you double down, digging an ever deeper hole, until you eventually begin to realise you have been found out, which is when you skulk off, pretending you can no longer be bothered anymore rather than fess up to being either a liar, or someone who just got their facts plain wrong. Most of us are familiar with your modus operandi, and a lot of it derives from powering up your gob without fully engaging your brain or ensuring that your facts are accurate first. A simple search for example can easily ascertain that Plymouth is run by a Labour council whose Labour leader is not under investigation for anything, let alone in jail, lol. So others catching you out here over similar conduct with you doubling down on your proven lies is all part of what you do. Yep and you still came out of it wearing shit on your face didn't you srb? Too much deadwood, too many pencil necks, too many managements, too much woke diversity nonsense, too many chiefs and not enough Indians, total chaos, that many fingers in that many pies I'm surprised the NHS has any money left to actually treat people, it's a bottomless pit, always has been, always will be, who ever is in government.
