I might appear to be moving left as you move ever further right. The further you go down the rabbit hole of everything is the EU's fault and or Refugees fault the further left I appear.
Strangely you seem to need me to be lefty to justify your position. I have talked many times about methods to stop economic migrants and change to meaning of 'refugee' in international law. Yet you studiously ignore any such comments from me and prefer to imply I want endless illegal migrants coming to the UK.
I speak of stopping legal immigration and how we might do so without crashing our economy further and allowing for factors such as our aging population.
Yet still you would paint me as a pinko leftie.
Frankly Red I think the problem lies in you not me.
Don't you ever get bored saying this Red. There is no limit to how many countries a refugee can cross before asking for asylum. Don't blame me, that's the law.
The rest we just have to disagree on. I think its disgusting that you want any other country to carry our load, but that's just my opinion.
I would prefer that all signatory countries get quotas, because I like being fair.
I take it you didn't bother to read the answers last time round this.
My opinion is the European migrant crises was caused by a spate of wars in African and Asian countries.
Offering jobs in Africa is something we also do. But refugees can't apply for them. You seem unable to distinguish between job applicants and asylum seekers.
Every time you refer to advertising jobs as if this leads to refugees coming here.
I think the fence is a stupid Trumpian idea that would cost a fortune and achieve nothing. People would still come via other routes and still apply for asylum.
I think forcing boats back towards Libya was eventually result is a catastrophe and several deaths.
And it has fuck all to do with Brexit beyond the fact France owes us nothing, and even less because of the attitude of mouthy gits like you.
For my two pennies worth. I think we need to relook at the definition of a refugee as there are more of them in this troubled world than we can possibly accept.
Sadly I think this may even mean condemning some to death but unlike you I find no joy in that thought.
And as far as it goes the problem is tiny compared to others.
Number 1 is the sheer number of immigrants we ask to come here each year. No 20ft fence needed to keep them out we invite them to come and they number 10,000 for every refugee you so hate.
