No like I said not everyone who committed a crime goes to court. But yeah like I said in the eyes of the law there been no crime committed if there no conviction. How can you see it otherwise? Let’s see… if your house gets burgled and no one gets convicted then no crime was committed? ffs… I did say under the eyes of the law there no crime If there no conviction. And also said not all criminals charged with crime go to court . And also must add not all criminals are caught by the police So of course there crime without conviction. |

No it means less crimes have been reported . Im sure you know that ethnic minorities could be committing more crimes on average than other ethnic groups . My figures are according to the crime survey what's more reliable then the official crime stats. Also there been a higher drop in ethnic minority prison interments than the Ethnic British. Ah how i’ve missed this level of debate I think most people who paid attention in school when being taught English Language and perhaps mathematics too who read my actual post would have to agree what i actually said was A) part of the latest ONS crime stats figures say crime has reduced Yet B) another part of the same document says they have increased And C) the report’s own authors state quite clearly comparison between years is something that should be done with caution as one set of figures cover a year, the other covers only nine months data, both years show a sharp drop in REPORTED crime which might conceal any amount if UNREPORTED crime and above all the official users of these figures have terminated production of summary information pending investigation of the accuracy of data collected in tbe pandemic And your statement that i am trying to use that as evidence that overall crime has decreased is a blatant lie I an not TRYING to do anything I am quite successfully proving the information given is so useless even the people paid to provide it state categorically it is useless fir such data to be used in that way. |

Except I would bet anyone in England has seen with their own eyes and cost, through insurance increases and a lack convictions that the crime rate is out of control. Half the time the police wouldn't have a clue where to look because nobody has a clue who they are.

One reason to support immigration Bollocks. Crime is off the scale - especially shoplifting and fraud. What's changed is that the police don't bother to investigate it. This means that people often don't bother to report it. The police have also taken to not even recording crimes that don't have enough data to allow investigation (in their opinion). |

You do know by the no convictions in the eyes of the law means that there been no crime committed so there innocent of any crime . And we're talking about reduced crime figures . Them found not Guilty in court are still a part of the crime figures. |

The immigration stats are greatly reduced by amnestys, but the stats are sky high, the reduction is a paper exercise. Like crime. There will be many aspects or types of crime not counted for various reasons, i dont believe ANY government stats on anything.
