LOL increased in historical low conviction rate. What's the actual conviction rate of rape cases is it 54z% That means nearly half of them charged with rape arnt convicted . You do understand that don't you . And yes lower conviction for rape equates to less rape in the eyes of the law. And then conviction rate look even worse when you consider there was nearly an increase of 30% of them charged with rape over the same period . Suspects charged with rape goes up and convictions go down . So that's a good thing right? Just decrease the conviction rate of crimes and crimes reduce ? Are all lefties stupid ?😁 |
