Especially violent crime
Why does The North East have a higher level of Homicide than areas with much higher ethnic minority population.

LOL increased in historical low conviction rate. What's the actual conviction rate of rape cases is it 54z% That means nearly half of them charged with rape arnt convicted . You do understand that don't you . And yes lower conviction for rape equates to less rape in the eyes of the law. And then conviction rate look even worse when you consider there was nearly a increase of 30% of them charged with rape over the same period . |
