You cannot possibly have missed the knee jerk reactions from people like Jonksy. People who post links to articles they haven't even read and who's only answer to questions is name calling and stereotyping. Those they kill thread after thread with banal comments. "The UK tax payers are subsidising these non working lemons." From a guy who has literally no idea how they work and claimed to have removed them from a new build that didn't have any, and is himself a brick layer, so not sure why they asked him to remove them. I genuinely mean this , but I haven't seen one actual thread on this forum in the time it has existed where b4 has actually addressed the topic , rather than trolling individual members he has the hump with. Not one. When the mods do get involved and moderate threads if it isn't to his liking , he runs away screaming that mods like montegriffio are cyber bullying him. To think Sid fiddler went off the forum in the huff regarding this character. What a shame. |

Most folk I come across online and in the real world are interested in new technology, support looking after their environment , and the general well being of the planet. People aren't stupid though. The public seem unwilling because they don't believe the economics and the maths don't simply work out jonsky. Look at the leader of the snp coalition partners , Patrick Harvey of the greens. He told the Scottish public with a serious look on his face in the summer , that Scotland would remove one million gas boilers by 2030 , and that the £33 billion cost of doing so would be met by `the private sector` that's us homeowners and tenants. These announcements strain public credulity on net zero , and in general I would argue people have had enough of sanctimonious lecturing from these clowns. Even Blair has pointed out that green propaganda is in fact antagonising the very people it seeks to persuade. |

That seems to be the issue as it is consumer experience that drives success or failure and consumer experience in the main is negative and strange as it may seem to many warmists consumers do compare notes. |
