More drivel. Did I ask you if you knew? If you did know, why are you not demanding the government listen and engage? Consequences, are you willing to accept them for your words and actions yet? You are directly involved in causing death and injury by them. Just a fact. You make no sense whatsoever.

The irony, causing the deaths of innocent people in the name of saving the planet and 'lives', oh the sheer hypocrisy is rank.

Can we assume that if Labour were in power it would be "Yeah, Labour"?

Sheepy there has already been 2 deaths reported because of the Actions of stop the oil Sad as they are especially to the families, they dwarf into 'insignificance' to the numbers of people already killed by global warming and the deaths that will undoubtably happen in the future. Global warming cannot suddenly be switched off. Intentionally causing disruption and stopping emergency services from doing their jobs, could cease almost immediately. Stop Oil’s aim of removing fossil fuels from daily use could well be regarded sympathetically by many people. But I doubt Stop Oil’s current activities of blocking roads is actually furthering their aims, because of the backlash against them and their objectives…

What do these people want, tear down forests to make those cases, plus roads made of wooden blocks?

There is a lot to agree with here but don't forget we can make 'meat' out of plants, we are very inventive when required.

If you want to survive on plants there is nothing stopping you.

Using oil byproducts to surface roads is a great way to lock up carbon. Burning it in car engines is not.

W can make meat substitutes which really replace the protein found in meat with many of the failings of meat eating. However, you can't beat a plywood telly or car body glued together with glue mad from flour.

The Stop Oil activities and the chaos they’re causing wouldn’t be news items. But I doubt the coverage of climate change, global warming, pollution, etc would be any less — it wasn’t before these misguided, single focus, radicalised exhibitionists started on their own ego trips. The problem is that now the positives of reducing fossil fuel reduction are way down the news agenda after coverage of M25 road closures and resulting claimed deaths and injuries…
