Those donating to this fund represent a very small subsection of the total population... Do they, Dappy? I've seen a lot of disapproval of Williams & Dos Santos elsewhere in pretty neutral social media. I think we can guess at their motivation. Can you really, Dappy? Or are you just viewing the world through the prism of "Everybody's racist"?

Those donating to this fund represent a very small subsection of the total population. I think we can guess at their motivation. To be honest certainly one of the two was very rude and abusive to the police officers which was excused due to his previous experiences as regards stop and search. Should individual police officers have to suffer rudeness and abuse in the course of their duties. I think not but it seems to be acceptable for black people to do it when they blame all police officers for the actions of some. Yet a police officer whose only experience of black men is aggression and insult is expected to be Mr tolerant. There is a serious problem in London and it does not all arise from the police. My wife's cousin was an ethnic minority officer in the Met and he said from black people he received the worst abuse, the least consideration and the worst attitudes.

If anyone has the stamina, the official IOPC report can be found by googling "IOPC Complaint Matter Biance Williams and Ricardo Dos Santos". It's heavy going though at 222pp. A more accessible summary can be found in the IOPC press release of 25/10. This leaves little doubt whose side the supposedly impartial IOPC is on. IOPC director Steve Noonan said: “I want to acknowledge Bianca and Ricardo who, having spoken out about their experience, showed considerable patience and determination while they waited for the outcome of their complaint. The stop and search in which they were both handcuffed, in front of their infant child, was clearly highly distressing for them and also caused widespread community concern about the use of stop and search powers by police. ... We are acutely aware that Bianca and Ricardo’s interaction with police and their feeling of being treated less favourably by officers because of their race, is reflective of the experiences of many Black people across London and throughout England and Wales." 'Bianca and Ricardo' note. All pals together eh, sobbing on each other's shoulders.
'Independent' office my arse.

The IOPC has an annual budget of £71 million which funds a staff in the hundreds. None of the senior staff are allowed to have served in the police or have any association with the police service.
It shows all the classic attributes of an oversized quango that has been captured by the Blob.

It's a political body, there is nothing independent about it.

The two athletes were stopped because they were in a posh car ( black people in an expensive car )
The two lying police officers claimed they could smell cannabis coming from the car, occupied by two Olympic athletes who have never smoked in their lives.
The lying police officers then severely over-reacted, forcing the couple out of the car, leaving their two year old child on its own, screaming, and the mother also frantic with fear and worry for her child.
We always knew what the outcome would be - the lying police officers have rightly been sacked
The next thing that should happen is that the money raised by crowdfunding should be taken from the two disgraced officers and given to charity.

They were stopped because of the way the car was being driven and Dos Santos set the tone of the stop by refusing to abide by the request to stop ,continuing for over 2 miles before pulling up outside his home . They did lie about smelling cannabis . As previously mentioned police lie during stops to justify the stop . Smelling drugs is one of many excuses used .Years ago I was stopped because 'You fit the description of ' and another time 'You were seen acting suspiciously' LOL , I don't know maybe the policemen were having a quiet day or something but it was no problem , white people get stopped as well maybe we just react differently . So what happens now ? The police will be reluctant to stop suspects , stop bad drivers and stop black people for fear of losing their jobs . The next thing that should happen is that they should be reinstated and the money raised donated to the police benevolent fund ''Hey , lets be careful out there ''

The two athletes were stopped because they were in a posh car ( black people in an expensive car )... This is the manoeuvre that first caught the police attention. The black car driven by Dos Santos is executing a right turn in front of the police van which is stationary at the Keep Clear box.
There then followed further erratic and in some cases unsafe driving over a circuitous route where Dos Santos made a concerted effort to evade the police and avoid stopping.
Point 1 indicates the first encounter, Point 2 is 'home' and the route taken is in red. When questioned about his erratic driving and speeding, Dos Santos explained they had a 3 pm 'eating appointment' and did not want to be late. The IOPC did not ask him to explain why he took the route he did.
In fact all the evidence submitted by Dos Santos and Williams was simply read into the record and not cross-examined. This is contrast to the evidence from the nine police officers involved which was scrutinised minutely. In one instance, an officer explained that Mercedes A-class cars were popular vehicles for drug dealers so the IOPC unearthed data on how many such vehicles had been stopped in the previous three years in an effort to discredit the police.
This is the m.o. deployed throughout by the IOPC which was obviously biased in favour of the complainants, and their report was simply rubber stamped by the police disciplinary panel.
We all know why this happened.

Just presenting evidence dappy. You should try it sometime, it's usually more persuasive than the innuendo and aspersion you typically deploy in support of your 'arguments'.

The evidence was thoroughly examined by the IOPC Dan. You know, the body you cast innuendo and aspersion at by your suggestion that they were biased and seeking to discredit the police.

I am happy to allow the IOPC to do their job and investigate fairly complaints made against the Police. I have no reason to believe they are biased or trying to discredit the police.

Then how can you know the evidence was 'thoroughly examined' on both sides of the case? You're simply parroting the official narrative if you have not read it for yourself (as I have).
If you do ever get around to reading it you will see that the complainants were treated with kid gloves with their 'evidence' barely even looked at, in stark contrast to the approach taken with the police.
It was a political decision made by a political organisation.
Culprits had to be found, and punished, for the sake of 'community cohesion' as much as promoters of the multicultural society are seeking to deny it.
