If Hamas wants to destroy Israel then Israel is going to neutralise the threat . ok so the clear logic behind your statement is that if israel wants to destroy gaza , then by that thinking the muslim world would be perfectly entitled to neutralise the israeli threat? upping the rhetoric surely is only going to lead to all out war , potentially going into a global conflict. Where are the wise heads trying to calm down the extremist elements in either side?

The Muslim world would neutralise the Israeli threat if they could . It’s not my logic it’s reality . possibly. the point though is you have hotheads on either side using inflammatory rhetoric , and all its takes for this to escalate further is for others to join in militarily . It might not stop at the muslim world , but further escalate into the west versus the global east and south, including the russians and chinese.

Are the Israeli leadership hot heads when they are on the cusp of destroying Hamas ? Hamas were certainly hot heads when they attacked Israel..with the view of bringing in their Iranian pals hotheads when Israel retaliated . Fortunately the US cooled the hot heads down with a couple of aircraft carriers . |

Israel should give up the settlements vuilt on stolen land andd which are largely ginen to extremist right winf Israelis to act as a sort of armed border control, cement the 1967 border in law and give Palestine statehood, and enlist UN and western forces in annihilating Hamas. Release all Palestinian prisoners held without trial in Israel. Hold a UN controlled election in Palestine and create a no mans land around Palestine like between N and S Korea. And always think about how you would feel if nazi Germany had managed to take over the UK. Would you have given up trying to reclaim your land? Strange attitude for someone who once claimed that their family were wiped out in Auschwitz. |

Inflammatory language during a war? Who’d of thought it? Some Israelis are victims , some are not. Why would we ask London about US carriers in the Middle East anyway? why would an englishman , thats you , talk about a foreign country , thats the usa , sending carriers over to the middle east ? To me . it shows a sort of subservient bootlicking , and of course knowing your place in the grand scheme of things in 2023.
Hence my earlier comment of how the mighty have fallen , and how a century ago , if the interwebby was around , you would be talking about the yookay sending a carrier.
As for the inflammatory language , i think i have made my point.
