Yup.As I said in another thread, if Muslims succeed in destroying Israel they won’t stop there . They will destroy the West from the inside .

Oh, I totally agree with you. So how do we ensure that things are fair so that false claims can't be made? False claims can be made regardless of whether things are fair or not. That's part of the point of false claims. Given that fools like yourself are determined to enforce racial employment regulation, the optimal strategy for any agent is to ruthlessly push the interests of just his group. Determined to impose regulation? Not really, I'd prefer there was none. My original question was how do we ensure fairness without it?

How do you ensure fairness with it, given that it can be exploited to create unfairness? The market doesn't ensure fairness either, but it does reliably punish people for making bad decisions (ie creates a persistent pressure in the direction fairness) Absolute fairness isn't the highest priority and giving political goons the discretion to make other peoples decisions doesn't create it.

Someone put this on the Hamas thread and when I clicked on it landed on Hitchens talking about Labour. Where is Starmer going to build his 1.5m homes, not the green belt, not the brown belt but the grey belt. What the hell is the grey belt?' Hitchens- its probably where those Nimbys whose neighbours are half a mile away. Immigration is just not going down despite the salary cap, Hitchens we want low paid workers though we don't have enough homes for them. Hitchens, I could support a Labour party that would nationalise the railways and build social housing. They won't do it, so what's the point of Labour? www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q06tTFcKOWs

Down our way under the blurb revamping the local shopping centre they were also going to build ten 16 floor tower blocks in the commercial district. It was blocked by local protest yet just makes me wonder with less retail outlets whether the push is to replace them with tower blocks and this might be the grey zone?

I've notice shopping center's and high street shops, and closed down pubs have just been left to rot, most are derelict buildings now, and most of the plans are to replace them with some form of housing, lots of areas now have big housing developments with no shops or pubs within miles, meaning there they have to travel out of the area to find work, to go shopping and to have a drink, what's the point of Labour building masses and masses of house, with no plans for extra schools, GPs, dentists, transport, jobs, shops?
They really are clueless thickos.

I agree I would say however that the market must be an effectively regulated market and then natural selection will weed out those not adopting merit as sole decision maker. Powell made this point back in 68.

Don't you think, The blockade of Gaza, collective punishment, forced transfer of a million people, use of white phosphorous, targeting of schools and medical centres, strikes on refugee camps, telling people to move south and then bombing them.... War crimes?

War crimes? If they are trying to escape war crimes then Egypt must allow them to leave via their border, after all they are a signatory to the same conventions that binds us to accept almost anyone fleeing danger and persecution.
