I reckon there will be a massive backlash against any such move. You cannot gloss over the fact that Independence support lies between 45& and 52%. That's people who want more than the current settlement. Add in those who are happy with Devolution and you have a major problem. The EC require a neutral question. One which blatantly favours one side would be thrown out! |

Scotland cannot do any of those things.

It will be interesting to see how much white settler immigration has diluted that figure when last year's census details are published. |

Everyone from Dartford to Dundee pays towards devolution.
Most of whom aren't represented by it.
Hold a vote with all taxpayers consulted.
