I am quite surprised at this because allthough he's a bloody Tory, he was a good Defence Secretary and well experienced. I did not agree with a couple of remarks he made towards President Zelensky, but overall he was a very good friend and supporter of the people of Ukraine.
He will be a hard act to follow

Schapps fifth different cabinet job in the last year apparently.
If ever a statistic summed up the utter shambles this Tory parliament has been, that is it.
Utterly useless PR man to boot.
Only just over a year to go now thank goodness. I wonder how much more damage they will do in the time they have left.

Its almost as though Rishi Sunak wants the Conservative Party to lose the next general election
I reckon Ladbrokes and William Hill will open books as to how long before he makes another balls-up

Grant has always been the same, he has an outburst of public supporting rhetoric, within a couple of days it will back at saying what the civil service tell him he should be saying.
