I AM HAVING TROUBLE WITH A MOD FAST FORWARDING OFF TOPIC DISCUSSION.O Questioning a statement that you made is not moving the topic off discussion - it is the discussion. I suggest you take a moment to contemplate how discussion forums work. The statement i made wenr off topic after one post. And you happily carried it on. Are you not aware of written content ? Maybe you shoulpdn't be a mod if you cant understand where the subject of a conversation is going. Did you get any plaudits in your English language comprehension exams? I doubt it. So why are you in charge of subject content ? |

Discussion groups must contain posts that are allied to the thread title. Orherwise there are no rules. Is this a forum that allows anyone to say anything, allied or not to the thread subject, or not.
so you are saying that your statement about safe and legal routes had nothing to do with the subject of the thread? |

However Australia has its own migration policy.
I am referring to the UK government declaring Rwanda safe yet granting asylum to Rwandans for whom it is clearly not safe. As decided by the same UK government.
I am also commenting on the story being in only one paper. And no comment by the government.I find this suspicious and potentially dangerous.

Australia cannot be that terrible as there are more British migrants in Australia than in the entire EU. People get asylum for all different reasons - that does not make the country unsafe for everyone. But the British government says Rwanda is safe for everyone. Clearly it isnt by their own asylum process admission. |
