Yes I know. In a capitalist society the rich do tend to get the most cargo.

Yes I know. In a capitalist society the rich do tend to get the most cargo. And what about the cargo in our emergency service vehicles? I wonder if those who support this madness will have the same opinion if their nearest and dearests cannot get to a hospital after and emergency or their homes burn down due to this total madness?

Are emergency vehicles (and chosen council employee vehicles) subject to these obstructions and speed limits…? The LAW is silent on detail on exactly how far over the limit varioys categories of authorised vehicle can go When i was rewriting the in house rota and other intranet based systems for Wiltshire Fire And Rescue i found guidelines which were written into codes of of practice restricting fire appliances and ambulances These set limits on urban dongle carriageway and dual carriageway roads In town a fire engine was only allowed to do 45 based on the idea the average motorist wanted to get out of the way and if an engine stuck to 45 in town almost all could find a way apart from at red lights. This meant the truck need not slow down which it would have to if it approached faster. It was all modelled on the traffic ahead hearing the sirens and wanting to make a gap Having seen the utter fucking chaos the 20 causes with congestion it is clear people will die.
