It seems just stop oil can't......And as for smarmer he can't even decide about ULEZ which the prick supported..
EXCLUSIVE: Just Stop Oil are caught boasting their protest tactics have shaped Labour policy in secret recording at a meeting....
The eco activist outlined plans to further 'escalate' JSO's climate campaign Just Stop Oil activists are boasting their tactics have shaped Labour Party policy, it emerged last night.
They were secretly taped at a meeting claiming a stunt outside Parliament had influenced the Opposition's stance.
Larch Maxey said Labour 'suddenly shifted' to vetoing new North Sea oil and gas projects after JSO blocked London roads for weeks.
He suggested the shift had empowered the group to 'escalate to high-level action'.
Energy Secretary Grant Shapps last night accused Labour leader Keir Starmer of surrendering to JSO's 'criminal tactics'.
Still pedalling lies, I see. A bike that lies when you pedal it,ok if you say so.

So a Conservative candidate in the London Mayoral election is vowing to scrap what a former Conservative mayor began. interesting Well you have to agree it makes a change from the Leader of the Labour Party who scraps every policy he advocated to get elected. At least the Tory bird is not a hypocrite like Starmer.

ULEZ is a shit policy, it doesn't matter who came up with the idea, it matters who abolishes the policy.

ULEZ is a shit policy, it doesn't matter who came up with the idea, it matters who abolishes the policy. Why should it be scrapped when it 'clearly' works. "Traffic on London’s busy roads produces almost 50% of its air pollution. An estimated 4,000 London residents died prematurely in 2019 through illnesses linked to long-term exposure to dirty air. More than half a million Londoners will develop diseases linked to air quality over the next three decades if no further action is taken, according to the Greater London Authority (GLA)." "A new study commissioned by the GLA has found that the existing ULEZ scheme which was introduced in 2019, and expanded in 2021, has made a significant impact on reducing pollution in London. The research found that emissions of nitrogen oxides within the ULEZ fell by 5,000 tonnes, or 26% since 2019. Across the whole of London, they dropped by 23% (13,500 tonnes). Emissions of PM2.5 particulates within the ULEZ are estimated to have dropped by 19%, or 80 tonnes. PM2.5 levels dropped by 180 tonnes or 7% across the whole of London during the same period." The Tories started ULEZ and that does matter, it shows clearly that The Tories have no interest in the public just getting elected and will use any 'scheme' to achieve that goal.

That does not change the fact that ULEZ works and it is a Tory policy that they are condemning for political purposes.

Red Rum, it is a policy that causes poverty. A punish the motorist policy that does fuck all about climate change because rainforest destruction negates anything it does. China, India and the USA negate anything it does.
You're supposed to be a leftie and you advocate making people poorer.
Care to rethink this? ULEZ is a stupid policy. Scrap it and do something else. Climate sanctions are a better idea, force rainforest countries to replant the forests.

It is not about climate change it's about clean, or more accurately cleaner air. 3,800 deaths in London caused by air pollutant is something that should be addressed. I am not advocating making people poorer and that would not happen if central government treated London the same as other areas that have clean air schemes, wonder why they don't. I am advocating dealing with unnecessary deaths by air pollution. Air pollution and global warming are two different things.

Come on Red Rum, if he wants to address air pollution over London, then the obvious big one is airliners overflying the city burning tonnes of fuel and belching out pollution. If he is not going to ban those or tax those, he is incompetent. The environmental impact of Heathrow has been documented for years. www.london.gov.uk/sites/default/files/plane_speaking_-_air_and_noise_pollution_around_a_growing_heathrow_airport.pdfHe supports Heathrow because it is an immigration and casual holiday corridor. It brings in money. All ULEZ is about is money, not health, because if health measures were the priority, Heathrow would be for the chop.

Chemistry not your strong point then, CO emissions are heavier than air and therefore do not disperse quickly.
